Guests will enter through the first level/ground floor and proceed up the stairs to the second level. The second level features a recreation area, featuring a theater room with 9 comfortable reclining chairs, a seating area on the sound side with a table and chairs, and a full kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a sink, granite bar counter, bar stools, microwave, beverage fridge, coffee maker, blender, and a pub table with seating for four. The living area offers a sectional sofa, chairs, a large flatscreen TV mounted on the wall, and a convenient half bath.
There are 9 large bedrooms each with their own private bath. There is an additional private room sleeping quarters that is equipped with a daybed (sleeps 2) and a full bath. The home will sleep 26 comfortably.

On the fourth level, you'll find the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are perfect for large family gatherings, with modern decor, ample seating, and mesmerizing ocean views. The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring high-end appliances and plenty of space. Outside, enjoy the oceanfront decks with comfortable seating, perfect for dining and relaxing to the sound of the waves.
There is parking for 10 cars (the largest on Topsail Island) in the driveway and an additional 4 in the garage. An elevator can be accessed through the ground floor and will reach all floors. Two dogs are allowed for an additional non-refundable pet fee (two dogs max).
Included: WIFI, Smart TVs throughout, a fully stocked kitchen, and linens, including all bedding + bath. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A first-night amenity bag is provided to get your stay started which includes an initial supply of two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, detergent, and more.
There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office.
