A pet friendly,modern,self-contained 1 bedroom accommodation(also double sofa bed in living area)situated in the charming village of Carleton. Easy walking distance of the local pub and shop,2miles from the vibrant market town of Skipton “Yorkshires, Gateway to the Dales”. Ample free parking on site. A perfect location for couple/small group/small family who want to relax in the great outdoors or explore Skipton and beyond. Pets/infants at no extra cost! No cleaning fees. Sky/Netfix included.
There is an enclosed patio area with table and chairs for the private use of this accommodation . There is also private parking immediately in front of the accommodation. A small croft can be used which is at the bottom of the house drive , which may be useful for those bringing dogs .
Guest can make use of the private patio area which forms part of the accommodation as well as a small croft at the bottom of the house drive . Private parking area is immediately in front of the accommodation which gives you easy access. Other things to note We are dog friendly and have 1 big dog ( Vinny) and 1 medium sized dog (Barney) , both are very friendly boys , and may venture round to see you particualrly if treats are involved ! Because of our dogs, we ask that the main gates are kept shut at all times . The accommodation area is enclosed , so our dogs cannot come into your area . Whilst the accommodation can cater for four people, the accommodation is cozy and is probably best suited for 2- 3 adults or a small family. The bathroom is only accessible from the bedroom. Please also note that we can accommodate children under 2 however you would need to bring you own travel cot and high chair. We also have CCTV , covering our property.
The vacation home is soundproofed and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Accommodation was absolutely spotless. The decor and furnishings are lovely, even had a christmas tree and decorations, it was so warm and cosy. The hosts left us some provisions, which was appreciated. The location was perfect for us, nice and quiet, with an enclosed patio area so our dogs were nice and safe. Nice walks in the area, pity the pub wasn't open as its literally 5 min walk away. Skipton is only 8 minutes drive away. Would definitely book to stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.
