The hotel proprietor and his staff were very curtious at all times and very efficient in their work and i would certainly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for holiday accommodation to visit in Skegness.

Really nice hotel, very helpful and welcoming. We stayed in room 1 on the top floor lots of stairs but there is a lift. Room was cosy had everything we needed. Bedding was spotless, bed comfy and slept very well. Good shower. Provided water tea coffee etc and mini toiletries. Overall very good and would stay again and recommend. We didn’t use the bar there or have breakfast so can’t review those. There is parking but it’s limited and you can get blocked in but reception keep your keys they shuffle the cars around. Location is great everything on doorstep.
