I booked the hotel because they said the suite we booked had a kitchen, someone emailed me to confirm this and on the payment confirmation it states full kitchen. It did not have a kitchen. It had a fridge in the centre hallway and a double sink in the bathroom. Kettle on the living room and that's it. I had 2, 8 months old with me which made dinner times a struggle and sterilising bottles was awkward as the plug in the sink even when pushed allowed water to drain.
The floor was very dirty and the rug looked like if had never been vacumed. Because there was nothing to use to clean we had to buy a giant play mat for the babies to crawl on. The windows barely open, the flat is hot and because there is just a fan the whole place is always moist.
They should mention to get to the room there's lots of stairs, going up and down. It was hard work ferrying all of the luggage with someone having to stay with the babies.
On 2 occasions I couldn't find any staff in the reception to help with a question and to check out.
The lady that checked us in was very friendly and a male member of staff helped us with our pushchair, that's the only positive thing I can say about this trip. If I could get a refund I would because this was a really unpleasant stay and would not recommend.
