Highly recommend

The rooms are quite dated, however, that is more than made up for by location, cleanliness, the pool area, quality breakfast, price and customer service. There is a real old fashioned charm to this hotel, and for the price it is hard to criticise. The staff really go the extra mile here and the location is perfect for the train station, town centre, restaurants and bars. I’ll certainly return.

We were very disappointed because we didn’t feel that we got a good value for the high price we paid for the room. To start the room we were given was very small, didn’t have a fridge or a desk or area to work. The pool was kept cold and the Turkish bath (displayed in the hotel pictures at Expedia) had been out of service for a while according to an employee and he didn’t know when it would be back in service. The bed was comfortable. The toilet ran out of water the morning before our departure so we didn’t bother to call the front desk. Overall it was an underwhelming experience.

Great hotel with amazing breakfast

Great hotel to stay within easy walking distance of everything, including tje train station. Very friendly staff and amazing breakfast included. Standard rooms are quite small and our room had no view. Fine but they could make the window box planters look a bit more attractive with succulents or even fake flowers rather than a planter box full of dry soil.

Hotel Gallion.

Amazing service from the entire team, genuinely wanted to provide the best service. The decor is a little dated, it you won’t find a better breakfast included in the price in Sitges! We’ve been coming for years and will carry on! Can’t recommend highly enough!

Cozy place

Nice place with friendly people around. Only offered water at the beginning after that you have to let know reception you need more bottles of water during your stay. Breakfast was nice and so the employees very attentive

Pros and cons

Service was great, breakfast was excellent, and we enjoyed the pool. Other than the lovely rainfall shower, the rooms would benefit from some serious updates - not the most comfortable.

Very good value & location

Very centrally located & easy to get around Sitges on foot. Within 15 minutes I was sitting at the beach. The hotel is definitely showing it's age but very well worth it. The breakfast buffet is terrific.
