We loved staying here and could walk into town. Very clean and lots of amenities. Would stay here again.
We were assigned to a 2 BR/2 BA condo unit that had a non-working (drain clogged) sink that was full of water upon check in. I called the front desk for servicing immediately after we discovered it (2 hours after arrival) and was told that they would contact maintenance. After another hour of waiting to hear follow up, I was told that maintenance had gone home for the evening! Eventually we were reassigned to another condo unit, but the lack of follow through on communication, and the assignment of a room that was not in working order (even though the cleaning staff CLEARLY knew that the sink didn't drain, since it was full of water when we went to use it) was disappointing. Overall the staff was very nice and the property was also very nice, but poor attention to cleaning and maintenance was concerning.

Super indoor and outdoor pools. Roomy units, well stocked kitchen. Very accommodating staff when I needed more refrigerator space.

I’ve never been to Scandinavia, so I can’t be too sure, but the decor inside really felt warm and cozy. Staff was mostly friendly.
The was clean and great layout. Nice balcony. The water was very hard and had a odor and made your hair feel dirty
This is the 4th time staying. Grounds and room were clean, with easy parking. Helpful and pleasant staff. Will continue to come back.

We enjoyed our visit for the few days we were there. The hotel is right near sister Bay and it had average accommodations. The room was big enough for my family of four. The hotel had everything we needed to enjoy our visit.
I rented the 2 bedroom condo and it was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool......room was clean and well supplied with necessities. The only thing I did not use was the coffee maker due to corrosion and scum inside the water tank. One of the kitchen chairs almost fell apart when I sat on it. So check sturdiness before sitting. Other than that it was very pleasant and close to downtown. Great location.
