What a great find. We stayed in other name brand places on this past trip, and this place was our favorite. Clean, surprising stocked with things we needed. When we pulled in other guest greeted us, and when we pulled out the next day guest said goodbye. We are planning on going back.
Not very clean, wasps flying around everywhere, doors that open to the next persons room and the owners “office”, musty, stained carpeting, dirty dishes, dated decor.
Rooms were a little dated, bathroom especially, but I did feel like the rooms were clean. They have a dehumidifyer in the room. Our room felt fine, however, others in our group complained of their room being overly humid. The staff was wonderful. Tiffany really assisted our entire party of 12 people even at the time of booking! The hot tub is big and clean. Accommodated our entire party!! They have a fire pit as well with wood. We just had issues locating the water to put the fire out. More chairs available for around the fire would be great, but otherwise, it was in a nice secluded spot as to not bother other guests late at night!!
The staff was very friendly and was helpful. The location and amenities were very well kept!

The property was not thorough on what they were charging and I never received confirmation that they got my message about booking another night and they went ahead and charged me for it. I was not notified so I did not stay that extra night and booked with someone else. I spoke to owner and he would not refund me for the charge, but finally agreed to giving me credit to come back and book with them again in the future. Overall, giving a credit isn’t good customer service. They claimed they called me to let me know about the extra night charge but I didn’t receive any calls and the email confirmation they claim to have sent went to Expedia instead of my personal email that I had used to book with Orbitz. I agree there was issues with booking with Orbitz, and messages should not be routed to an unused email but the hotel should’ve have taken at least some responsibility. Overall, I’m disappointed for being charge the extra night and have to come back to use them again in the future! Will not be booking again after I use my credit! I work hard for my money and I don’t take things like this lightly!
Absolutely charming place. Felt "mom and pop" - comfortable, gorgeous landscaping and flowers. Loved every second of it. Tiny frig kept freezing things was the only issue. Great place - friendly place. Stay there for the most bang for your buck!
the grounds were very beautiful and well kept. the outdoor whirlpool was great.
If your looking for a unique, friendly, relaxing place to stay with great staff.. this is the place! Knowledgable, helpful, friendly and just all.around great people! I will return to Sisters Bay and this is where i will stay!

Used coffee filter was still in machine, otherwise room was clean. Not expecting a dehumidifier in the room. It ran constantly provided white noise but drowned out TV a bit. It was difficult to empty when full, ended up dumping almost all of the container on the floor. My Bad, but still should not have had to deal with it at all.

I'm guessing when you turned it on it defaults to energy save mode which can seem like it is not running due to it starting and stopping very frequently however in normal mode it runs fine.
