A charming house, set in private gardens, Villa Fiorita has been converted into 4 attractive apartments. On the ground floor, Apartment Violetta sleeps 4 people in comfort. It is an ideal base for a family or friends who want to explore the beautiful Italian lakes.

The spacious kitchen/dining area includes a dining table for 4 people and a modern kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer and Moca coffee pot, making self-catering a breeze. For outside living the shaded terrace makes a great alternative dining room for meals al fresco.

The town of Sirmione can be reached in 5 minutes by car, while the lovely Desenzano del Garda is only 12 minutes by car. For self-catering Sirmione market takes place on Monday and Friday (mornings only). This is the ideal place to pick up the very best local ingredients.

Visitors of all ages can spend a fun-filled day at one of the nearby theme parks (Gardaland and Movieland, 30 minutes away by car). There are also windsurfing schools close by on the lake and a boat hire centre just 10 minutes away.

Verona Villafranca airport is only 35 minutes by car.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Straße, von einer ruhigen Wohnlage kann nicht gesprochen werden. Dies ist völlig irreführend in der Beschreibung. Trotz 30iger Zone fahren Autos,Motorräder, LKWs mit hoher Geschwindigkeit und hohem Geräuschpegel durch die Straße. Die Küche ist spartanisch ausgestattet, z T. Ist das Geschirr angestoßen, Tücher zum Abtrocknen des Geschirrs gibt es nicht. Auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Die einzige vorhandene Tischdecke wies viele Flecken auf. Alle Terrassenstühle waren in der Rückenlehne angebrochen und damit völlig instabil. Ein Austausch erfolgte erst nach 3 Tagen. Insgesamt kann man diese Wohnung mit der Beschreibung nicht anbieten.

Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage, die Ausstattung der Küche ist etwas sparsam, ein Toaster etwas mehr Geschirr ( Müslischalen, Teekanne)wäre noch schöner.
