The space was great for 5 adults, parents, 2 daughters & a spouse. We only made coffee & toast but the kitchen was well outfitted. We had a slight problem with the door code the second time, but Nicholas was quick to reply & we were at the wrong door, front door has the correct panel.

Beautiful Sioux Falls Home Away From Home!

I'm so glad that we stumbled upon this gem of a property for our girls weekend getaway. It is located in a great little neighborhood less than 10 minutes away from pretty much anywhere we needed to go -- restaurants, shopping, downtown and the Sanford arena. Check-in was a breeze and any communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. The spacious living area was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed for our stay -- including a few K-cups for our coffee drinkers (bless!) The sleeping accommodations worked perfect for our family. Mom and baby went downstairs where there was a full suite (bedroom/bath) just for them. The rest of us used the upstairs bedrooms and bath which were very comfortable (great beds!) and the Nest thermostat kept us nice and cozy from the autumn chill. The next time we visit Sioux Falls, we won't hesitate in booking here again. It was simply fantastic.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood

Enjoyed our stay and found the location so convenient Owner was very helpful and responsive. Would consider staying there again when back in the Sioux Falls area.

Area visit

Quiet neighborhood. Good location to get around. Comfortable beds. Cleanliness left much to be desired. Host did say he would talk with “cleaning team” so hopefully issues will be addressed for future renters.

GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD

We stayed with family and unfortunately, it wasn't our best stay. Communication was great with the host quick to respond but the house just needs some love and updating. Kitchen sink leaked and the host did send someone to repair it. The bathroom tub would fill with water as you showered. The bathroom sink had no pressure at all and the cleaning of the overall property could use some looking into. front porch was dirty and lots of debri. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed but the home is just old and needs some tlc. Hardwood floors need to be refinished. if you are looking for a no frills place..This property is sufficient for the stay. Like i said the host was very good at communicating said everything would be fixed after we left.

Family style Sioux Falls stay

We had a great experience staying here, it was more comfortable than having family members in different hotel rooms, plus we had the benefit of kitchen and living room to hang out together. Very nice little house, enough to sleep 6 of us comfortably. Thank you Nick!
