The house had lots of space and beds were comfortable. The area wasn’t the best as it appears that a drug house is across the street with lots of customers coming and going. The house had a really bad sewer smell that got worse as our stay went on. When we returned after being gone all day the house was very smelly and flies were all over inside. Our overall stay was good other than those 2 issues.

Nice Place and Stay. But does not Sleep what they say it does.

Nice Place, and location. But they say it sleeps 8-9? I guess if we bring our own blowup mattress and sleep on the floor. Very misleading about beds and sleeping conditions. Should most definately clarify in listing.

Pleasantly surprised

First time booking with vrbo, and we couldn't be more happy with our stay, the property manager was easy to get ahold of and checked in on us via text through our stay, making sure all our needs were met. House was beautiful and bigger than expected! Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!

Great house for family

Love the house nice old house with a great layout for a couple couples and the kids. If you have issues with stairs it is not the house for you but we love the location and proximity to downtown. This is our go to house when we go to Sioux Falls!!

Family visit

We stayed with our son, his wife and a 4yearold. The rooms were spacious, it was nice to have a tv in the bunk room. The dining was big enough for all of us. The only issue was the water/ice for fridge was not working properly. Otherwise the kitchen had good variety pots/pans. It was so nice to have a stash of coffee pods and a few tea bags provided!The downside was that the neighborhood was not the best, wouldnt want to be out for a stroll. It seems like the area is on upswing. The location in relation to downtown and area attractions was great, and street parking at the property was easy if you have more than one car.Overall, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

Birthday weekend family gettaway

This was the best place for our family to gather! The kids Calle sit the “cozy house” because it was warm and they loved the love sac bean-bag! Great kitchen set up and awesome rooms lay out. Beds were comfortable and good location to getting to things around town! Little bit of a rougher neighborhood but doors locked good. Side door was a little drafty and cold but as long as kitchen entry door was closed we stayed warm.

Decent stay

This house is a great size for around 8-10 people. Not incredibly friendly for elderly as there are no handrails or bedrooms on the first floor (my fault for not checking). Thankfully it was great weather (no ice or snow). The neighborhood is definitely not that safe, I was uncomfortable walking to my car by myself, especially in the dark. You can only fit about 2 cars in the driveway and the rest is street parking. The house was mostly as the pictures described, rooms are nice and spacious. There was a cute little fireplace that made the living room more cozy to sit.

Lil Sketch

The house is decent for being an older home (normal expectations for an older home), but the neighborhood was a bit sketchy day and night and especially at night when coming home from the bar. We definitely were not comfortable walking anywhere from the house. House however was clean and comfortable, except the upstairs bathroom had a funky smell. I think the shower curtain needs to be washed.

Great Home Base

My friends and I got this place to stay for a wedding. I'm thankful I could take the dog with since we went hiking at the nearby state parks. The location was great: not far from restaurants or stores we needed to stop at. The AC was out, and they had a portable AC unit that worked really well! My friend successfully worked from the apartment on Friday without problem. Only regret is that we didn't take the chance to use the fire pit. Thankful for a nice, clean place to hang out with my friends and get ready for the wedding

Was a good place to stay

It was pretty clean. There were a lot of scented wall plug ins, which were a bit overwhelming. The house was good but I wasnt sure about the neighborhood. When we had an issue getting into the house, the property manager helped immediately and was easy to work with. (I had lost the code for the door)

Wonderful stay!

The house is very clean, sunny, bright and close to town. We enjoyed the front porch and the backyard firepit and grill. Our family hopes to stay here again.

Overall accommodating for our family of 8. The upstairs bedrooms were nice, especially the kids room with a full bunk bed. The house could have used another shower as it took planning with 8 of us needing to use it daily. The kitchen was fairly stocked. Our biggest downfall was the neighborhood. There was a lot of activity all night long and did not feel very safe.

Great location and cute home!

This house has excellent amenities and is in a wonderful location! We were so close to downtown Sioux Falls. Parking was ample and the neighborhood was easy to get in and out of each time. Would recommend this place for a nice place to stay and hang out with others but also if you want to move and groove around the town.

Loved the old house

We enjoy staying in older places. Reminded us of home! Our grandchildren loved the two sets of stairs to get to the second story.
