The rooms come in different sizes. One of our rooms felt a little cramped- no space for luggage or counterspace to put stuff on. The shelf under the tv folds out to serve as a “table”, I guess, while you sit on the bed! One side of the bed is flushed against a wall, so the person laying on that side of bed have to crawl out. The other rooms were satisfactory, enough space for 2 small side tables. The rooms are clean. Bathrooms have fancy bidet with toilet seat warmer etc. Pools have warm water, adequate cleanliness. Hotel location is great! We appreciate the free air-conditioned buses within Sentosa! Short walk to Imbiah train station. Staff were friendly from front desk to housekeeping and on site restaurant (Native Kitchen). Convenience store is literally right outside of the hotel! Great for late snack, and items you might run out off or need during your stay. I personally prefer a little bit more space in the rooms but I would stay here again due to this hotel’s location and convenience.

Village Hotel Sentosa well located and enjoyable

We had a family holiday on Sentosa Island in mid-April and had 4 rooms at Village Hotel Sentosa for 6 nights. We had a great time with lots to do helped by the great location of the hotel, which was just across the way from the Monorail and Resorts World Sentosa. The hotel rooms were comfortable, and close to the pool and gym. The staff were informative and courteous.

This hotel is has very nice pools. Food wise the food was the worst part of this food. $28 for breakfast buffet and it didn’t have good food at all. We have VIP benefits and didn’t even get any benefits. The room and specifically the bathroom were dirty like poop dirty . Will I stay here definitely not. It’s more like a local people’s hotel.

We stayed when it first opened. There was free snacks, a check in booth for the kids and kid's amenities. The free snacks are gone, check in booth was not available and we had to phone in twice to get kids amenities. Also the shuttle bus is always full! It was impossible to get on. It is so different from the first time.

We recently stayed at Village Hotel Sentosa as a family with a baby. While the cleanliness of the room was generally acceptable, we felt that some aspects of the facilities and service could be improved. Unfortunately, there was a major water supply disruption during our stay, which made it very challenging—especially with an infant. Initially, we were also informed that baby essentials like a crib and baby bathtub were unavailable, which was surprising given we were traveling with a young child. That said, once we highlighted the safety concerns and raised our feedback, the hotel took steps to address the situation. They offered compensation in the form of a complimentary night and breakfast for two, and they arranged support from their sister hotel to provide the baby items we needed. We appreciate the eventual service recovery, but we believe the experience could have been smoother if these basic needs had been proactively addressed earlier. Also while water shortage to provide the necessary water bottle with water and provide water wipes for temporary water shortage during 7pm which is dinner period. Overall, it was a mixed stay, with room for improvement in guest readiness and responsiveness—especially for families.

The rooms which adjoined each other were pretty small for a family of 4 to do anything other than sleep or watch TV. The pools were nice, but the children’s area was close for renovations the exact week we visited.
