this hotel felt more like a budget one than a 4 star one. pros - room was clean, the bathroom not so much - location close to the station, good places to eat nearby - staff were efficient and helpful cons - mouldy smell in the hallway - room was small and stuffy - AC was extremely loud and had a hard time setting it to how we wanted - pool/gym closed at 9pm which felt very early - price was very high for what you get, but I guess that’s how it goes in Singapore

The place is not as clean or as nice as the photo. The room smell weird and the space is small. Didn’t bother to switch cause only staying for few nights. Also the bed sheet is dirty and the sink is not cleaned throughly. Can’t imagine is 4 star hotel. Stay away from this hotel!

The service provided at the front desk by Justin and Cecilia was excellent. I received complimentary early and late check-in times and an upgrade during the first of my two visits. Housekeeping staff were very accommodating. The buffet breakfast was nice, but, could use a little more variety.

The best value I found for this hotel is the proximity of the public transport (subway basically stopping under the hotel). The second value is the fact that it is surrounded by a pedestrian area with full of places to shop, to eat, ... What I disliked the most is the poor sound insulation of the room: I could hear people walking in the corridor, TV from next rooms, ... The second thing I did not like so much is the 'dilapidated' aspect of the furniture in the room (at least in mine). In general, I found this 4 stars hotel a bit 'has been 4 stars'. My personal conclusion: convenient for the surrounding and public transportation, and if used just for sleeping only.
