We arrived at 1130 pm and our room was not ready also. Or rather we were given an "upgrade" which had only one bed for our whole family of four and it took 20 minutes wait to get our original double bed room

service is excellent and room is fantastic for a family. However, there are some issues which irked us. The shower area uses a blind which made the toilet smells mushy/ sewer like.

Was a little disappointed with the service, we informed the staff that we were there for our 36th anniversary but no special treatment was given and we had in room dining, we expected them to set up the table but it was done either.

1. No specialty for higher range room category 2. Late check-in 3. U’ll have nice view room if u’re lucky 4. The air-con temperature just don’t suit Singapore Weather. Having it at min 22 degree is a terrible idea coz the fan is just not strong enough to cool the room down during super hot weather. 5. Shoutout to staff name Riyan for making my stay there better as he uphold 5 star customer service standards and trying his level best to turn an angry customer to one that might return there again 6. Love that the hotel is surrounded by nature with lovely view of the river 7. Complimentary birthday cake not delivered… well it’s called complimentary by the hotel so u can’t really expect it somehow. U can expect not to receive it tho so not to feel disappointed… I must say overall their view is love just don’t expect service so much (except from a certain no. Of stafd like Riyan), and for those who perspires alot this hotel will not gonna make u any ‘cooler’ when u need one

Absolutely beautiful property, one of a kind in the middle of the rain forest Service was a bit slow at time i.e. house keeping at the odd hours (late at night) maybe due to staffing issues? There was a lot of construction going on which did disturb us in the morning

Choose this property if you do not require any services especially in terms of house keeping or in-room dining services. There is a lack of processes and communication between the front desk, telephone operator, house-keeping and in-room dining. What is worse is that the manager on duty offered to make up for our unpleasant experiences, which isn’t conveyed appropriately to the staff which ultimately resulted in house keeping barging into our room after knocking for 4-5 times, demanding that we check out since it is past check out timing. The level of service we got is not even comparable to 3-star developments. Please do better, Bayan Tree, be it resort or not.

Amazing place to stay with a fantastic staff. Highlight of the trip was the attentiveness of the staff both at the call centre and at the front desk. Made a call to the call centre to ask for a bucket of ice as the phone in the room wasn't working. Small issue to us, and the team quickly followed up with an email. Besides this and the lack of water station on level 3, the resort is definitely worth the trip. Will be back.

Absolutely amazing. We stayed here for 5 days and the service was just phenomenal. We had fresh towels every day with the complimentary kits (dental kit, sewing kit, vanity kit which had hair tie amongst other things). The staff always greeted us with a good morning, afternoon or evening, depending on time of the day. The rainforest vibe it had definitely gave us a very nice, relaxing and peaceful getaway. I would stay here again if i can continue to afford it 😁

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Walking distance to attractions were slightly longer than expected. Food prices are also high due to being around attractions. Can consider driving out for cheaper food options.

I enjoyed my 2 Nights Staycation at Rainforest Resort. An Awesome Short Break from work in SG. Resort Staff was very friendly, helpful & approachable. Service was Great. Room was new & very clean. Sanctuary View from my room was serene. Rooftop View of Tree Houses & River was Breathtaking! Enjoyed the buffet at Planter Shed during breakfast & dinner. Good restaurant for birthday celebration. Visited Zoo, River Wonders & Bird Paradise. All 5 Attractions very nearby. Thank You Banyan Tree. Very Proud of this unique resort in SG. I shall be back :)

Nice ambience and it was truly an experience close to nature. Room was big with 36sqm. We enjoyed the reservoir view very much. Besides shampoo, shower gels and hand liquid soup. Resort also provides full set of toiletries, eg brush, comb, sewing kit, nail file, bath glove, vanity set, dental kit, shaving kit, sanitary bag, tooth paste/brush,sewing cap, mouth wash etc. Coffee and Tea Making Facilities is available in the room as well. Buffet breakfast is good and has wide varieties including western and eastern food. In room dining was slow and it took more than half hour to arrive. Nearby dining outlets were not available yet. Hopefully we will have more food options when food outlets open later in the year. Looking for medication but found it was only available in Cheers store at Mandai Wildlife West which is quite a distance away.
