The staff were not very helpful when I tried to adjust my booking dates. The staff said it was the agent’s decision, and the agent said it was up to the hotel. As a result, I ended up paying extra money. The breakfast quality was average. There was also some construction happening during my stay, which made the environment quite noisy.

Overall a good stay with excellent customer service by those on reception particularly. Thank you! There were a few points I would suggest improving on to get 5 stars from me 1. Air con was sporadic in places - particularly the gym (the area with the running machines was so hot) and the corners of our bedroom was very hot where no air con reached it. 2. The pool area needs new and more sun loungers. Was hard to find a spot to sunbathe. 3. There were no towel hooks in the room so we felt a need to ask for new towels as it was hard for them to dry (which goes against the eco friendliness points) 4. The lighting in the room was quite harsh and bright and difficult to control
