Usually when we book a Twin Room like we did... the minimum we would get are 2 Twin beds, i.e. 1.5-2 times the size of a single bed.... we checked into our room and got 2 single beds for 2 Adults and our 10yo!!!.... the Resort looks nice from the surface but, it is obviously run on a shoestring budget!!! It boasts itself as a Resort, with it's own water park.... but the Water park is NOT included in all room packages and there is no pool in the "Resort". Lastly, the resort is quite a walk from the shopping centre. Never staying here again... don't waste your money!!!

Staff were lovely, rooms were clean. While the water park is right next door, it was a shame the resort didnt have its own free pool to use anytime. Great location in that you are next door to a shopping centre , to meet most of your needs, and there is a free shuttle from that Centre to MRT stop.

Everything to do with the Staff and room were exceptional. Room large clean and supplied all the extras. I guess a misunderstanding on my part as I was expecting the water park to be included for guests, wrong. Extra, was a part of the reason for the choice of the hotel, otherwise I would have chosen a place closer to the airport. Hind sight is always 100%. A little clearer would be appreciated. Otherwise, good stay

Went there to be close to the park and it was great. No issues and offered great access to the park and malls. Pickup by paid rides was seamless and hotel layout allowed quick and easy pickup. Would stay there again if I visit in the future!
