The rooms are standard clean modern 4 star business standard and hotel is good price for Singapore due to it being a 30- 40 mins subway ride from the centre. We booked a room for 3 people and were disappointed that neither a sofa bed or additional bed was available - the hotel charge $80 per night extra for this so something to be aware of as this isn’t highlighted when you confirm a booking for 3 - it s nice surprise on arrival - otherwise hotel is comfortable and clean and good access to subway and local shopping centre

Worst experience ever! Do not stay here! I arrived late at night and was told there is water shutdown and we could not wash or shower till next morning. Terrible after a long sweaty summer travel day in Singapore!!! The Indian lady at the reception was not apologetic of the situation. Seriously it’s a planned shutdown. A hotel should not book guests if they could not provide the bare necessity. The whole hotel was also smeared in an unhealthy chemical air, everywhere, the room, hallways, and lobby. From the notices posted inside the hotel, it’s currently going through major renovations and have caused regular disruptions to the guests. Definitely avoid this place. The room is bare minimal and the towels and bedding appear dated.

The hotel is not suited for tourists, only those on a conference in the business area. The amenities were minimal. Couldn’t connect any music because the stereo was for the original apple 2000s devices, a bit of mould round the bath and there were building works going on. The hotel is fine just not suited for those seeing Singapore

Stayed at this hotel many times as it's convenient for my business visits. It's right next to a mall and convenient from the airport via MTR. Clean and nice rooms.

Do not bother, if you’re unlucky enough to be given a room anywhere near the elevators expect to hear nothing but a constant knocking banging noise all the time! Ring and get told that because you’re near the elevators you get to hear the mechanics of the elevators. A continuous banging noise like a lunatic with a hammer. Absolute garbage if you want a good night’s sleep, especially if you have an early flight the next day!!!
