La primera vez que fui a Anchor House, el océano y el cielo me atraparon. Esta propiedad excepcional disfruta de una impresionante vista del Mar Caribe, vista abierta, desde el mar a tus pies que se extiende a través de cada sombra de turquesa y azul verdadero hasta el lejano horizonte.
Me enamoré de inmediato de esta propiedad. Bañarse en la piscina del espejo de agua salada, frente al océano, fue la guinda del pastel. Estaba listo para ir en 5 minutos a pie a Maho, donde muchos restaurantes gourmet ofrecen excelentes menús. También encontré boutiques de lujo, galerías de arte, bares y casino, peluquería, farmacia, supermercado, así como un fabuloso spa, un campo de golf de 18 hoyos y una selección de playas cercanas. Finalmente, me detuve en el conocido Sunset Grill & Bar para saborear un cóctel ”.

Anchor House está situado en la zona residencial de Beacon Hill, un tranquilo oasis de lujo y elegancia a orillas del mar Caribe.
Como muchos artículos de prensa lo describen, la residencia diseñada como una extensión del entorno natural está construida directamente sobre la roca para convertirse en una parte integral del acantilado.

La línea arquitectónica limpia de este apartamento combina elegancia intemporal y estilo vanguardista. Generosamente abierta al exterior, la orientación este-oeste asegura la apreciación de la luz natural con una excelente exposición y puestas de sol inolvidables.

Este moderno apartamento, diseñado, amueblado y decorado con obras de arte de artistas y diseñadores internacionales famosos, ofrece una superficie habitable de 3200 pies cuadrados, 3 habitaciones extra grandes con baño "en suite" y vestidor. Cada habitación tiene un área de 270 pies cuadrados, todas con baño "en-suite", el dormitorio principal ofrece un televisor con techo abatible, un amplio salón comedor con cocina abierta moderna, 3 estacionamientos subterráneos privados con ascensor. Los techos altos de 10 pies con luz incorporada y las puertas empotradas en la pared agregan un toque exquisito al modernismo del concepto.

La terraza cubierta tiene capacidad para una mesa de comedor y una sala de estar de diseño moderno blanco y gris.

La terraza de 1300 pies cuadrados alberga una piscina de espejo de agua salada construida en el arrecife del mar Caribe.
Si tiene suerte, experimentará el paso de las ballenas visitantes.

The place is amazing better than the pictures as soon as you open the door and see that view it’s breathtaking. Just a great property and they see the property manager was very attentive. Definitely staying again.

The house is exactly as portrayed and conveniently located. It was beautiful!!! The kitchen was appropriately stocked, and the house included towels for the beach. Stacey was great at helping us get situated. 10/10 and I fully intend to return. Thank you for everything!!!

The property was absolutley beautiful. All bedrooms & bazhros were spacious. The outdoor area with the infinity pool was amazing and the ocean view was spectavular. Everything about it was wonerful.

Great overrall stay!! The house was exactly as it looks in the pictures!! Only small issue was the initial check-in, as we never received the gate code and where the keys where. It took about20 minutes, but we were able to get ahold of Stacey. She came right away, got us in, and answered any other questions we had.

Anchor House was FANTASTIC! The condo was spacious and beautiful; it was perfect for my husband and I and our two teenage kids. The pool on the ocean was beautiful. We didn't want to leave the house! The location is close to many restaurants and Maho Market and beach. I can't wait to return for another visit.

The location and view are top notch. Walking distance to Simpson Bay and central to all the fun happenings in the Maho area. Our only complaints (small) are the lack of a few key items in the kitchen: measuring cups/spoons, one dish rag, no hand towels in kitchen. Also, tiny shampoo for a weeks stay, no cooler to pack to beaches, etc. Just little things that are so easy to provide. Again, not a big deal… The condo location and view can’t be beat.

You know you are in the right place as soon as you enter the courtyard of the property. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We found it hard to leave for some of the fun activities we took part in. Always happy to return to this beautiful spot in the sun.

Anchor House is a truly spectacular. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. Our family’s favorite activity was spending time in the pool overlooking the ocean and relaxing on the deck. The views are amazing. Any issues that arose were quickly addressed. It is helpful to rent a car to get around. We had a fabulous vacation and highly recommend this property!

I will give it a four star for the location, size of condo and views are great. Issues with ceilings fans in all rooms not working from the start of the stay that was never resolved and loosing both WiFi networks/connection for the last four days that was not resolved. Other issues encountered not all working electrical outlets, lack of lightbulbs (mirror lights only half the mirror has working bulbs), shower lights not working in one of the showers (maybe burned out bulbs). Regular maintenance/walk through before guests arrive to ensure everything is working might help in addressing some of these issues.

Great property and great experience! Host is great. Rented Ocean’s Edge next door as well for our large group. Best views on the island. Walking distance to the strip. Will be back next year!

The place was overall very nice. The location is about a 10 minute walk to Maho Beach. The neighborhood felt safe. Several large speed bumps on the way in so i would recommend an SUV. You do have to drive through the Maho Beach area to get in and out which can be clogged with people during the day.The AC worked well and we always had enough hot water. The washer and dryer did their jobs efficiently. The pool and deck are awesome. The infinity pool overlooked the sunset (in March) and you can watch the planes come into SXM. If you have small kids...or drunks...i would note that the infinity pool drops 20 or so feet to the ocean so be forewarned.The kitchen has all the needed appliances but is a little lacking in pots and pans. We made it work but it was a little challenging some days. It does not have a grill which would have been nice.If you have mobility issues the condo itself is all one level with a lot of space to move around. The path from the gate to the front door has a few very small steps that might require a helping hand if you are unsteady but they are not full size steps.Overall a great stay. Would recommend to friends and family and would definitely stay here again

This place is spectacular. The pictures online almost do not look real, but that is exactly what this place is like. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
