Perfect spot for a little getaway! We did a lot of hiking and exploring, and the room was great for what we needed. Staff was very helpful in communicating with us about our late check in. The only thing that wasn’t our favorite was the sheets/bedding, which was a little uncomfortable. We will be coming back the next time we’re in Silverton!

We were deceived by advertisements. No room to set up suitcases or move. The toilet was down the hall and the shower was down hall around the corner. Mosquitoes kept me awake. Half a roll of toilet paper. Only one electric outlet. Our window view had their junk pile. If your looking for inconvenience and misery , this is the place for you.

the property is misrepresented. the listing mentioned bathrooms, but it did not mention that the shower and bathrooms were outside the room, past other people's rooms down a hallway, and in two separate locations - shower in one room, and toilet in a fully different room. when the property was attempted to be contacted for misrepresentation, no one answered. expedia tried to call them too but no one was reached. horrendous misrepresentation to discover upon late night check in.

I cannot evaluate the property, but I can tell you how put out I am with the staff. My reservation was made through Hotels.com. I was using their voice recognition to place a reservation, and ended up booking this resort in Silverton, CO instead of a resort in Silverthorn, Co. They are over 5 hours from each other. When I discovered this I tried to contact the resort but did not receive an answer to my calls. I then contacted Hotels.com and they were also unable to get an answer to their calls and emails. The mistake may not have been made by the resort, but their lack of customer service is an issue that they need to address. After three days of no contact, I was informed by Hotels.com that they were unable to reach the property and that I would have to pay for the room because they were unable to cancel it.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not properly maintained and appeared neglected. There were spider webs in the room, weeds surrounding the building, and the room itself was located outside the main hotel premises, which felt inconvenient and unsafe. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The bed sheets were dirty, and the pillows did not even have pillow covers. In addition, the toilet seat was broken, making the bathroom uncomfortable to use. Another inconvenience was that I had to go to the Triangle Hotel to pick up my room keys instead of checking in directly at the property. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of basic maintenance and cleanliness did not meet reasonable hospitality standards. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

The place was great! Location was perfect, loved that there was a shower/ bathroom, even though separate from room. It was clean. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend.
