Staff was friendly and rooms were quiet and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave but definitely older and a musty hotel that didn’t feel very clean… sheets were clean but had stains so they should replace … breakfast options were basic but better than nothing … not a bad place to stay just know it’s not pretty and feels old

The bathroom floors were coming up. The shower had no water pressure. Couldn't take a shower. The sink plug was stuck closed. The carpet was coming up. There was stuff like food or smudges on the walls. The pull out couch was completely broken and not usable. The continental breakfast was subpar. Never staying again.

This hotel has been the worst I’ve stayed at in a very long time only good thing was the hot tub which is sad my trip started out horrible with me getting a flat tire and not being able to get up there the first night I thought the front desk manager would understand but completely just asked me if I had insurance because I guess that’s how you have to do things now people just don’t care if you had a flat tire or an inconvenience. They just wanna know if you had insurance so if I would’ve had insurance, yes I would’ve been comped for the first night, but that being said stay far away from this place it should be burned to the ground and start over the interior is horrible. My room didn’t have any heat even though I had it cranked 85 it stayed at 68 during the day and 60 at night

This hotel needs upgrades. The bed itself was good and comfortable. The room was old and musty and the shower had no hot water but the sink would burn your hands. The toilet took 10 minutes to fill the tank after the flush. The office chair was broken and dangerous to sit in so they brought another. I would like to see the desk and chair replaced with a comfy couch or chair. The coffee maker was dirty. For the price i expected a little more than what was experienced.

The beds are very comfortable and the view and location are great. The hotel itself needs to be updated. There is a lot of patch work on the walls, vinyl click flooring warped and smells a bit of marijuana in the hallway. The staff is friendly though. The pool is nice and it is convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel.

The staff was nice, but the rooms were not. The room was dirty and very outdated. There were too many large dogs in other rooms. The bathroom floor was falling apart, the sofa bed was broken, and the towel rack in the bathroom was also broken. The bed sheets were dirty and stained. The free breakfast was limited, but acceptable. Location was good.

Good hotel for the price. The breakfast area is large, unlike the breakfast selections. This hotel could be great with a little more effort from staff. Hotel is clean but the room bathrooms need updating (buckled lvp flooring in bathroom, shoddy trim work, outdated tub/shower valves). Also the bathroom for the restaurant went un-stocked with paper towels and unmaintained/filthy for 3 to 4 consecutive days. Outdoor patio is unused despite the built in fireplace that’s never lit. Lobby fireplace seems unused also. Again- This could be a great hotel with some effort, still a good choice for the price.

Our room never received room service while we were there for 3 days. Had to go ask got towels and wash clothes. Room was not the cleanest. Front desk staff was not the most friendly. Breakfast was provided but it was very basic, like a bagel, yogurt and go. There was also a dog down the haul from us that kept barking at every little noise it heard pass by.

DIRTY - I have never left a hotel because of filth, but the obviously ignored filthiness of this room was remarkable. There were stains on the walls and door frames that anyone could have seen. The bed sagged on one side, SO bad... it was ridiculous. I responded to an automated email after the first night, asking how we were enjoying our stay and tried to solicit a 5*** review. I gave them a 2 at the time and complained about the bed. They responded stating that they would send maintenance up to take a look - never happened. Whatever.. Breakfast was a joke. HB eggs and then nothing but carbs. Tables not clean, food quality subpar. Tried the partner restaurant-fried chicken. Not bad - some pool tables, vids (3/5 vids were not turned on), couches - food was fair - my wife's order was completely wrong, but.. par for the course. Mine was fair. (I live in the south and know fried ckn) but this is not a review of the Ckn place - Back to the hotel, dirty... just dirty. Do not stay here.
