Schöner Urlaub in Silbertal

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Hänge des Silbertals. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. In der Gegend kann man gut wandern.

We hebben het na 1 nacht voor bekeken moeten houden. Er was een vaste bewoner in het gebouw die onder invloed van drank en drugs was! Volgens de buren continue onder invloed en zelfs een gevaar voor de omgeving. Hij gooide voorwerpen vanop het balkon naar onze kinderen en kwam onze privé binnen zonder dit te vragen, de man zorgde ook voor veel geluidsoverlast. Bij het melden van dit alles aan de eigenaren wordt dit geminimaliseerd. De politie kwam zelfs ter plaatse omdat de buren schrik hadden. Bij confrontatie met de eigenaar werd dit opnieuw in de kiem gesmoord. Ook waren de mensen aan de slag met het verzagen van constructiehout ( lawaai). De 2e slaapkamer staat los van de leefruimte en behoort eigenlijk niet tot hetzelfde appartement. We hebben de matrassen in de living gelegd om bij onze kinderen te kunnen slapen, die door het lawaai van de man bang waren en geen oog dichtgedaan hebben. Met een gek in hetzelfde gebouw gaf dit een onveilig gevoel. We kregen uiteindelijk te horen dat de man weldegelijk begeleiding zou nodig hebben. Op deze manier hoor je geen vakantiewoning te verhuren. Wij eisen ons geld terug! Maar Belvilla reageert hier zelfs niet op! Schandalig!

Optimale Lage zum Skifahren und anschließendem Aufwärmen vor dem schönen Kamin. Geeignet für 2 Paare, da zweites Schlafzimmer außerhalb der Wohnung.

redelijk voor mekaar, m.u.v. de halve nacht muzieklawaai uit het appartement boven ons.. Hiervan hebben we direct meerdere meldingen gedaan bij Belvila, maar tot op heden GEEN enkele reactie gehad.

Super an der Talabfahrt gelegen

Für mich ging aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor, daß ein Zimmer sozusagen außerhalb der Ferienwohnung liegt, aber natürlich ganz nahe. Die Vermieter waren fast unsichtbar, was angenehm war. Allerdings waren die Mülltüten nach einiger Zeit sehr voll und da erwarte ich schon, daß sich Jemand kümmert. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden, hatten super Schnee, konnten mit den Skiern bis ans Haus fahren, die Kinder hatten Spaß im Schnee. Sehr hat mich beeindruckt, als abends die Pistenraupe direkt am Haus vorbeifuhr. Das Skigebiet ist sehr schön und riesengroß.

Sehr schöne Skiwoche mit genug Schnee und Sonne. Die Talabfahrt auf Ski bis vors Haus war Klasse.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung direkt an der Talabfahrt

Hatten eine schöne Woche im Silbertal. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet, ist alles vorhanden wie Kaffeemaschine, Raclette, kleine Fritteuse und alles was man sonst benötigt. Auf der Terrasse können die Skier angeschnallt werden und von dort zur Kapellbahn fahren, von dort zum HochJoch und zur Silvretta. Am Abend richtige Talabfahrt nehmen und wieder die Skier auf der Terrasse abschnallen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Denkt bitte im Winter an die Schneeketten. Wenn kein Allrad vorhanden ist, hat man keine Möglichkeit hoch zu kommen.
