Staff barely spoke English. I did not receive silver perks. Asked the front desk and she barely understood me, but said she would ask the manager and get back to me. She did not. Bathtub plug did not work. I will stay elsewhere next time

Yes the room was clean and staff friendly. It would have helped to know that there was no elevator since we are seniors with limitations. As said it was pet friendly but no safe place for the animals. Signs posted warned of burrs. Will not consider that hotel in the future.

Good room, very attentive staff, complete breakfast (YES there was yogurt, just in the milk dispensing machine). For being on the road Christmas eve, I was well taken care of. I would absolutely stop here again. Location was in good striking distance to Bisbee as well.

The rooms were and entire hotel was spotless. The hot tub was awesome and we really enjoyed spending time with friends around the fire pit after a great day in Tombstone! We highly recommend this establishment. The staff was very attentive, polite and kind. My husband insisted we rate them an A+++++++. Great stay.
