We invite you to feel at home on about 70m ², to relax from everyday life and to unwind. In addition to the spacious entrance area, you will find two bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms (including a bathroom with a washing machine) and a cozy living-dining area. For your restful sleep, our high-quality box spring beds are waiting for you in both bedrooms. Two bathrooms, both with shower and toilet, will save you the morning waiting time for a free bath. Use our modern and at the same time cosily furnished living-dining area for entertaining gaming evenings in a sociable round or experience in front of one of our new flatscreen TV (104cm diagonal) exciting movie nights. Our open plan kitchen will provide you with everything you need for a nice breakfast or dinner. (Oven, four ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and of course sufficient cutlery and crockery are available) Last but not least, Appartement & # 132; LUV & # 147; another beautiful terrace with a high-quality garden beach chair and 2 other seating areas, where you can end your holiday relaxed.

A beach chair is right on the beach!Towels (3) and linen can be changed for 20.00 & # 128; to be booked!

Our house offers 2 comfortable apartments for 4 persons each. The room layout can be found in the provided floor plans. Enjoy your holiday on approximately 70m ² each right near the beach (about 60 m / 1 minute walk) with your personal beach chair on the beach for your entire stay in the period from 15. 05 - 15. 09. Fresh bread rolls are available daily from May to September at the Fischerplatz, on the beach.   If you arrive by car, there is a private parking space at the door. Even travelers by bus or train can easily reach us on foot. With us, the whole family is welcome and in the row house LEE we welcome your four-legged friend! Enjoy the beach and the beautiful surroundings. Enjoy your personal break with us!

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ohne Probleme, die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gut Lage zum Strand an einer Durchgangsstraße des Ortes, der Strandkorb steht optimal zum Wasser

Man könnte mehr aus dem Objekt machen...

Das äussere Erscheinungsbild entsprach überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen...Unkraut über Unkraut, alles sah ungepflegt aus...Die Innenausstattung war aber zufriedenstellend, ausser dass kein Haartrockner vorhanden war, obwohl im Leistungspaket enthalten. Angeblich waren alle Zusatz- und Nebenkosten im Preis enthalten. Aber die Kurtaxe musste extra entrichtet werden. Dazu musste von uns Mietern selbst das Tourismusbüro aufgesucht werden. Dieses erwies sich als schwierig, denn laut Mitarbeiter des Tourismusverbandes ist der Vermieter dafür zuständig, dieses zu beantragen. Nach gutem Zureden erhielten wir dann unsere Ostseestrandkarten. Gut war die Nähe zum Strand und der eigene Strandkorb. Die Bewertung wäre also besser ausgefallen, wenn man auch als Gast begrüsst worden wäre.
