Hotel sehr gut, Problem war Hotel.com !! derart, daß die Reise zu zweit und 2 Nächte geplant war. Aus gesundheitl. Gründen konnte ich nur allein und nur eine Nacht. Das Hotel war sehr entgegen kommend - ich mußte nur eine Nacht das DZ bezahlen!! Ich wurde gebeten mit Hotels.com zu kommunizieren, damit nicht volle Provision/Gebühr an H.com zu zahlen sei. Nach langen Hängen in Warte- und Frageschleifen konnte der Telefonist nicht weiterhelfen, auch eine Nachfrage bei seinem Vorgesetzten erbrachte keine Hilfe !! Ich hab die Provision geschätzt und in die Trinkgeldkasse getan !! Dr. TK Vielreisender Silver
