Utter disappointed-Do NOT stay here

A true disappointment. What was shown on the website was NOTHING like the room. The toilet was broken, the room was not cleaned, no to mention the things included like breakfast, safe or a hairdryer they refused to honor even after showing them my confirmation. I could even feel the coils in the bed.

Bad customer service.

Overall it was what I expected. However my reservation included free breakfast (as noted in my confirmation email as well as on the listing). When I showed them my confirmation email which stated I had free breakfast included they told me that they would not provide it as on their end it said I only paid for the room. I told them that was rediculous as i had paid for room and breakfast and it was stated in my confirmation email. I had to argue with the hotel manager for 20 minutes before he finally gave in and said “for you, my friend, we will give breakfast” as if they were doing me a favor or something. I paid for it! Bad customer service.

A rough diamond near Pub Street

Siem Reap was nice, but very hot in May. The hotel was nice and a close location to Pub Street area. The staff were fantastic and always smiling. The rooms were a little dated but the stay was nice. I would recommend with one caveat. If you’re traveling alone (as a female mainly), the pathway to the hotel from the hotel is not completely lighted. While I felt completely safe, my female companion made the point that she would be fearful of walking it alone. Overall, a. I’ve hotel with courteous staff, a nice breakfast, reasonably priced and a nice location.

Stayed here with my mum. On arrival was told they had booked our room out to another couple but arranged a room with two beds for us. This turned out to be one bed and a cot (which was hard as a rock and wouldn't have been suitable for a whole week). Asked to change rooms, they refused, asked for a refund, they refused. Eventually they agreed to give us a room with 2 real beds if we stayed one night in the other. Of the two rooms we saw, they were nothing like the pictures, all the personality has been taken out of them. Grey walls & bad patch jobs, no artwork in the rooms. Some of the furniture is gone; We had to boil the kettle on the floor as the table was removed. They had no toiletries or soap, beds were made everyday but we would often have to go & ask for things like toilet paper, towels or water as they forgot to replace these a lot. We had no hot water for 3 days & we lost power 4 times while I was there. This seemed to be regular in Siem Riep although all other hotels in the street had back up generators. When we lost the power we had no water at all & day one it was out for over 8 hours. The food was okay but they kept running out of items and didn't replace them. Eventually they only had 6 things on the lunch menu. It was nice that the breakfast was included although the toast and was half a loaf of untoasted white bread. Great if you like eggs though, fried, scrambled or omelettes, your pick as long as its eggs. Honestly wouldn't stay here again.

Pool area fab for relaxing but after the temples!

Travelling around Cambodia. This place is perfect. We spent a day walking around all the temples in Angkor Wat, then one day relaxing. This hotel isn’t perfect for relaxing. We spent the day by the pool but it’s also just a short walk from all the bars and restaurants. Ideal! We go back in a heartbeat!

Good location and quiet

Generally the hotel was fine and staff friendly and helpful. Where they could improve is the restaurant where service was slow and cold drinks only tepid.We found the location convenient but also quiet.

An extremely comfortable stay with very hospitable staff. We felt very welcomed. We were picked up from the airport and dropped off at the bus station at the end of our stay which was very convenient. The location is good, everything in Siem Reap is within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious, and the room was very clean and spacious with nice features. One thing we could suggest to improve the room would be hooks for towels and jackets, but that is a very minor point. The member of staff who picked us up from the airport was very chatty and enthusiastic about giving us a tour of the temples and other attractions. He sounded very knowledgeable and I'm sure the tour would have been great, but after a busy few days in Bangkok we wanted to take things more at our own pace and save a bit of money. We hired a tuktuk driver called Chan (hope the spelling is right!) through the hotel and he was absolutely fantastic - put in so much effort to make us comfortable, obligingly stopped wherever we requested and provided free water and cold towels. Couldn't recommend more.

Excellent stay. Highly recommend this hotel .

We stayed 5 nights. Included pick up from the airport was easy in a modern car.Our first allocated room on entry stunk of cigarette smoke so we immediately requested another. This turned about to be similar in size and appointments, including a huge bed. Very quiet being at the back. Even quieter with apparently no one staying over at the YHA next door. Very cosy boutique hotel with good swimming pool. Home away from home! A lovely garden setting bringing in lots of butterflies. Watch for the geckoes around the walls cleaning and gulping various insects. A la Carte breakfasts from the menu (American and Cambodian stile), and you can ask for anything extra. Hotel just a couple of hundred metres from the old night market and over the bridge from the day market (then thru to Pub Street). Customer service was good, receptionists speak good English, very friendly and obliging with all our requests. Our flight was at 7 pm, so they allowed us to take a swim and to take a shower in the afternoon before going to the airport.

Best Hotel, best staff.

This was the best place to stay for us as a family. The staff is amazing. The bed, pool, and cold beer were perfect after a day of exploring. We could not have been been happier. If you need a guide (you should) Kosal is the man. He loves his country and is so full of knowledge. Thank you.

The place itself is quite charming and lovely. The service is super: especially from Rassy and Kosal. Only minus is that the rooms were a bit dusty and not bright enough.

One of the best place in siem reap.

Very nicely decorated place but I was particularly impressed with the excellent service by the hotel staff. Everyone from the reception to the kitchen was smiling and made us feel very welcomed. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Will definite book this again when I am back.

Great hotel, staff and location

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and on the day that we left early to visit Angkor Wat, the staff prepared a packed breakfast for us to take. The pool/terrace area is a lovely place to relax and watch the sunset. It was only a 10 minute walk to the hotels and bars around Pub Street. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

first trip to siem reap/ Angkor temples

Overall experience rating 4/5 for staff and accommodation...could be higher if not for a useless shower stall which leaks and keeps the floor tiles constantly wet. Location is on the quiet road, only 5 minutes walk to the restaurants, market and bar scene. Few doors down the road has one day laundry service which is very good only charge $1/kg, drop before head out, ready by 6pm. Breakfast included, portion is reasonable, I guess they can give you more food if you need more. AC is good, Wi-Fi is good. No lift to second or 3rd floor but staff quickly help with luggages.
