The elevators were broken, so we had to use the stairs. Going up the staris the guy in front of us pulled the railing going up the stairs off the wall. Finally gotninto our room and there were no towels what so ever. Front desk stated that if we wanted towels we'd have to come back down stairs and get them. He said that he was busy amd wasn't going to come bring us any towles.

The door to the room would not shut. It was off-center. It took two of us slamming and kicking to close it. The light switch in the bathroom had a short in it. When you turned it on, it took a minute to come on. One of the beds had stains on the comforter. The only positive thing I have to say is that the staff was awesome. The sweet woman working when we checked in was sweet and helpful! I will also say besides the train coming through at 2 am the hotel was very quiet!

The best part about this hotel was its proximity to the ball park and Outback Steakhouse. Other than that, it did not meet expectations in cleanliness, accommodations, or service.
