It was okay. Staff were nice. Place was fairly quiet. The mattress and room furniture was old and squished uneven. The sink faucet was wobbly on the sink. The tub had a weird patch over what I assume was old deterioration rather than being replaced. This was supposed to be a king suite. Its seen better days for sure. I wont be staying at Holiday Inn again.

Hotel is very outdated! Toliets seat was hanging off the rim of the toliet. I do not recommend anyone to stay here, cigarette smoke throughout the hotel was just horrible.

I booked this property with the premise that breakfast was free. When I went to eat that morning they told me there was no free breakfast and that I needed to pay for it. I don't know why this happened but I was very angry. I would have never booked this hotel without a free breakfast.

Room was nice and everything was relatively clean… Although it’s rather obvious they don’t attend to the rooms as thoroughly as they should. Upon opening the fridge in our room we discovered old food and drinks from the former guest. Kinda gross, it was fish… Besides that, the staff was very friendly.

At first our room key didn’t work once we did get into the room the bed wasn’t made and looked like some had just left. Got into the new room and it was ok but they had some issues with the WiFi. And trouble ordering food on the room. The hotel itself it’s kinda run down.

The staff was genuinely wonderful & very helpful. However, the hotel is so poorly maintained and the room so incredibly dirty that it’s surprising Holiday Inn keeps its name on this location.

When we first arrived the room we had smelled like smoke and the carpet and chair wasn’t cleaned. They changed our room. In our new room when I woke up the next morning it was an ant crawling by my head. I wanted to leave then but my boyfriend said we was leaving in the morning . They changed our room for the 3rd time & there was no problem after that but it was just not cleaned overall . Needs more sanitation.

We were moved three times. The last room they had to bring a refrigerator and microwave in. The job in the shower came off when we tried to shower and we also found a roach in the room. Despite these issues, i was advised i would receive a discounted rate which they lied about that. This was my second time staying here and i will NEVER book holiday inn again!
