The noise coming from a generator outside (even with triple gazing) was consistent and prevented a good sleep, then at 5am the delivery turned up for waitrose !! We could hear the the staff laughing and joking with the delivery driver as well as the cages being rolled across the car park. We kept at 6am due to this! Room 120

Definitely wouldn’t not stay at this hotel again staff gave false aligations left us outside with a 1 year old baby in the rain paid for 2days stay was rude and wouldn’t let us stay Becouse of are ethnicity definitely racism On a previous stay before check out check out is 11 nocked heavily on the door a around half 9 quarter to 10 Ish woke up are baby we said we knew check out was 11 and that they woke are baby up was no big issue stayed there enormous times then on our last stay gave false aligastions that we had trashed rooms and we did not evidence wasn’t provided deffinlty due to racism!

Staff were excellent. The breakfast option is only a packed lunch as stated just to be aware, but next to the services. The second bed (to make a twin) is quite uncomfortable in being a sofa bed. The bath water wont cover your thighs without going over the overflow. Very cheap however which is why still a 4*
