The hotel emailed me perfect directions on how to travel by metro when arriving from macau. This made finding the hotel opposite guomao metro station very easy. The room was very nice with enough space. Comfortable bed, great shower. The room fridge is small and not very cold but staff were happy for me to use their freezer and microwave in the level 3 conference room. The guest laundry on level 3 has 2 washers and 2 dryers. Laundry detergent provided. Breakfast buffet was small but a good variety of very nice food. Staff did not speak a lot of english but were always friendly, helpful and quick to use translation apps when needed. The gym is a very small room with one treadmill, one spin bike and some free weights. The gym air conditioning did not seem to work. Convenient location. Easy to get to hong kong airport on departure: bus or metro to luohu/shenzhen railway station, walk to luohu port, through immigration, train to lo wu (HK$28), A43 bus to HKIA (HK$32.40) in less than 2 hours. The supermarket on B2 of kingglory plaza diagonally opposite hotel is very handy for fresh food, hot cooked meat and cold drinks at good prices. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff were amazing. Very kind and helpful. The location is great for shopping and food. The rooms are clean and quiet. Plus they have free laundry.

The property is good but staffs language skills and ability to hand things need to be improve. Expedia indicated room has laundry machine that is not correct. They has a laundry room with 2 washer and 2 dryer but no English. If you do not know chinese it's very difficult to select the washing/drying mode. The whole building is not hotel, only 3rd floor and a restaurant and reception are on ground. The rest are residential living.
