It’s a nice hotel in terms of decoration and the staff at the reception/concierge were helpful. Quick and easy check out. Some do speak English but only one was more fluent. I like their movie selection (requires additional payment to third party but at least they provided it in their TV). I was not happy about their house keeping - missed a few top ups and they don’t wash cups (perhaps hotels never do). They only provide showers for twin rooms and there are build up of limescale if you look closely. Doesn’t affect showering though. Could improve in many areas, it’s average for me.

Very modern and clean. Hotel staff were very friendly. Great location with metro lines and busy shopping centres all within 10-15 mins walk. Great way to stay away from the hustle and bustle and keep your steps up.

I like that the property was actually clean and the staff were understanding and accommodating. I like that they had professionalism and were willing to assist you when you needed it and not nosy or patronizing. They had a good and proper gym as well. Not just a few cycling machines like other hotels. Overall good hotel for the price. I will definitely stay there again when I go to ShenZhen.

Overall very satisfied with the stay. When checking in, I requested for a park view room and the front desk staff was very helpful in upgrading me to the executive floor. Overall the room and the property as a whole was good despite the fact that the whole floor has a heavy smoking smell.

Awesome location walking distance to many places.

Great place in central park area, by accident walked to Huaqianbei and was quite closer than expected. Great view my room facing the park as great to relax there when not want to be in the busy city areas.

Nice hotel in a central location

Pro: This hotel is in a central location in Shenzhen, close to subway and the main streets. There are lots of local food shops nearby. The service is good. The amenities is also good, but will need an update soon. Con: To get into the hotel, you'll have to go through a crowed residential area, which can be a bit inconvenient. Also it can be quite noisy in the morning because of the traffic out of the residential area. Overall: Good location with good service. Would stay again if visiting Shenzhen next time.

Great time in Shenzhen

This is a nice hotel and the people tried very hard to help as best they could (English could have been better in some places), the breakfast buffet was awesome and the servers superb. The room needs more outlets, the walls are thin so you hear the noise in the hallway. All in all, it was an excellent stay and I recommend the hotel.

"shaming"

I have had an awkward and unforgettable difficult experience that casts a heavy shadow on our entire stay at the hotel. One morning at 0945, my wife and I went down to the hotel restaurant to have breakfast in the hotel schedule, which is until 10 o'clock in the morning. At the entrance, the hotel representative welcomed us with a payment voucher and immediately went to pick up the Western-style (not much) main fried eggs as an omelette while we hold the plates with the food and before we could sit down to eat we went to her representative and said she was sorry but we could not continue To get a service that was just minutes to finish the schedule ie ten in the morning and in the background cooks began to collect the food products, we and my wife and I went out hungry and mostly hurt and ashamed. Please note that during our 10 days stay we received service from a number of people and officials who was very good and service, but this event overshadows our entire stay !! No doubt next time I will never get to this hotel again!
