Magnificent ultra modern hotel in a superb location. The hotel is spotless and our suite was magnificent. Lots of things are within walking distance and across the rad is one of the most expensive but superb high end shopping centers I have ever seen. Name the high end brand and they are there. The club lounge is fantastic with a wonderful selection of food and alcoholic beverages. The staff in the club lounge were fantastic. Very helpful, friendly, polite and happy to be of service.

it really depends on which building they put you in. the River View building is the original one, which desperately need an update. for a 5 star hotel, the rooms were so dated and the washrooms were simply gross. view was good but its really not worth the money.

Unbeaten location. As great as all Shangri-La hotels. Friendly staff. Both swimming pools are crystal clean but sometimes a little bit crowded. Some furniture in the room might show wear-and-tear with aging.
