Este encantador apartamento de 1 dormitorio se encuentra a solo 1 calle de Resurrection Bay y Sea Life Centre, y a 1 calle de las tiendas y restaurantes del centro. Uno de los edificios más antiguos de Sewards y originalmente una pensión de los viejos días del ferrocarril, venga y sea parte de la historia de Sewards. Hablando de historia, estamos justo detrás del museo / biblioteca. Este alquiler ha sido totalmente renovado pero conservamos el encanto de antaño. La cocina tiene un único quemador de placa caliente, horno de convección, microondas y refrigerador. También 1 dormitorio, baño y sala de estar. Somos construcciones tranquilas y observamos horas tranquilas. Tenemos residentes locales que también viven en el edificio. Ofrecemos una oportunidad de empleo para un residente local con su tarifa de limpieza. El estacionamiento es gratuito en el frente del edificio. Gran camino a pie 1 cuadra de distancia que conduce al pequeño puerto de barco 1 milla de distancia. Esta propiedad no es muy adecuada para 4 adultos. Lo mejor para 2 adultos y 2 niños pequeños o menos.

Cute apartment close to everything!

This is a really cute apartment in Seward! Walkable to lots of restaurants. Host was super responsive when I asked for a good place to watch basketball game, even calling the place to make sure they’d be showing it. Really appreciated that!

Small, but sufficient

Loved the views, and the way it was set up to maximize space. A little difficult with two small children getting up and down stairs and having play space for them. But we were only there for one night- so it worked perfectly for what we needed.

Great stay in the heart of Seward!

This is a great location that is close to everything! The property is retro-cool in a historical building. The Cookery, my favorite restaurant in Seward, is pretty much across the street, and the SeaLife Center is just around the corner. The trail along the water is just a couple of blocks away. The owner was super easy to communicate with, and it all made for a great saty! Thanks!

Kenai Fjord and Resurrection Bay

Very nice! In off season and had difficulty finding places to eat that were open but thankfully we had a good kitchen and a Safeway that was open for groceries.

Cute and cozy condo

We stayed in 8 different places during our Alaska trip, and this condo was our favorite! Charming, comfortable, and quiet, with everything we needed and in a super location. It's small and you probably can't cook a gourmet meal in the kitchen but for our three days in Seward it was perfect.

Two night stay prior to cruise

Our stay was nice. The location was a little too far from the cruise port. With luggage the free shuttle was a little inconvenient. The bed was comfy. It was very quiet, however my wife ran out of hot water and had to take a cold shower, that wasn’t pleasant.

Seward Gem

The location of this property is perfect, you are right in the down town area. Everything you could want is within walking distance; dinner, hiking, shopping, etc. I much prefer this area verse staying in the harbor area. It feels as if you are a local in this area as opposed to a tourist. The apartment itself has everything you need and more, not to mention the bed is super comfy and the kitchen is stocking with everything you need to prep a meal or enjoy a cup of coffee. The host Shelly was an amazing communicator. Instructions for check-in and checkout were very clear and easy! Her response times were speedy!

Great stay

We loved the cozy apartment. It’s located downtown so you can walk most places. We found a spot to park our car out front easily every time. It’s an easy walk to the sea life aquarium and our favorite restaurant, the cookery. It’s just a few minutes drive to the visitors center and cruise port. The apartment was small but efficient. We had everything we needed and I loved the couch which allowed me to read in the morning while my husband slept late. The Kuerig was nice to have. The host was responsive and the check in process was great. I definitely recommend!

Cute place close to town

We stayed in this cozy apartment for 1 night for a stay after our cruise. This was perfect for myself and my husband as it was walking distance to town and many restaurants. Awesome Alternative to Hotel!!!!

Adorable and functional unit. Top floor, peek-a-boo bay view, surprisingly quiet less some bumps and knocks here and there in the building. The airflow is awesome and we were so thankful for the the black-out curtains! Fast & friendly communication with the host and the location is absolutely unbeatable. I travel to Seward 4-5 times a year and am looking forward to bookmarking this unit to use again. Ten stars out of five.

Weekend gateway

Loved the history of the building and its location! It was quiet and the tub, bed and pillows were fantastic! Dining chairs and table are high and uncomfortable for casual eating/morning coffee and the coffee pot pictured isn't there, a keurig coffee maker (listed in the description) is there instead. And if you plan on reheating food, bring paper plates as the plates here were not microwave safe.

Quick stay in Seward

My husband and I stayed in Seward for 2 nights in our week visit to Alaska. This site was fabulous in location and space. The price was great for our budget and we had the ability to walk everywhere. Highly recommended!

Perfect spot in the cutest city!

We loved our stay! We met Matt when we arrived and he was so sweet and welcoming! Shelly was wonderful every time we reached out to her for tips! The condo was comfortable, had thoughtful touches and was in the perfect location! I only wish we could have stayed longer!
