Sunny site located on a cliff above the sparkling Seward lagoon, the newly renovated lock off apt enjoys incredible panoramic bay and mountain views, private and peaceful accommodations with high end finishes and furnishings. Custom modern kitchen with Hertco cabinets, quartz countertops,, hardwood flooring, and top of the line appliances, Miele, Bosch, Kohler, etc. There is a cooktop and a new top of the line drawer microwave for baking. New world class memory foam mattresses in both the stylish new bedroom and the pull out full size sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom has a European down comforter, as well as a down topper and high thread count linens. Two new large flat screen TVs, a Bose Bluetooth speaker for music, fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet. This "smartly furnished" 650 square foot walk-out lower level aptis located in an area of beautiful homes. Light pours in the windows, with views to the majestic mountains including Mount Alice . Great time in Seward!

Would highly recommend this VRBO! Perfect for the two of us! Great location! Overlooks Seward harbor! Beautifully decorated! Make reservations at Ray’s Waterfront Bar and Grille before you arrive in Seward! Came highly recommended by owner of VRBO! Did not disappoint as well as the cruise by Major Marine Tours!

We absolutely loved this place the best out of all the places we stayed while we toured Alaska. The view was breathtaking and the place was very clean, well equipped and decorated. We would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Seward!

Perfect escape!

What a gem! This exquisitely designed apartment is in a prime location. Beautiful views and everything you could need. The host has thought of everything, is detailed and provides restaurant and activity ideas. Our only regret is that we didn’t book longer than 2 nights!

The views from the back porch are incredible and the host could not have been more helpful. We went sea kayaking, glacier hiking, had an incredible seaside dinner at Ray's and went to the Sea Life museum. Everything was within walking distance (if you like to walk). Great stay!

Can we give more than five stars???

Our stay at Dean and Susan's beautiful Seward apartment could not have been more enjoyable. The location is perfect, quiet but very convenient to everything Seward has to offer. The decor is magazine-worthy and every amenity is available. The apartment is very well laid out, perfectly suited for a couple. It was hard to tear ourselves away from the breathtaking views at the rear. In summary, we'd love to come back some day and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay in Seward.

Beautiful Seward Stay

Beautiful views from this 1 bedroom modern apartment. Luxury plus with modern updated appliances and furnishings. Unfortunately our weather was not so good so it dimished the beautiful view but once the sun peeked out for the very limited time the views were great.

Property was lovely and well equipped but we had a negative experience with the housekeeper, and as a result, the landlord. We spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to get in touch with taxis to leave and were 30 min late checking out as a result. We were charged for an hour delay, along with an additional 30 minutes of cleaning, which seems punitive based on our interactions with the housekeeper. We slept in the bed and took one shower each in the property so do not believe an extra 30 minutes was necessary. After being rude initially when she arrived and we were not ready, the housekeeper ultimately offered to give us a ride - for twice the going rate. We paid it happily and appreciated the offer but she still made disparaging comments about us to the landlord. Due to these issues, we would not stay here again. If you choose to do so, be prepared for inflexible "rules" and rent a car regardless of what anyone tells you.

We loved our stay in Seward. Susan's apartment was top notch! It was in a great location with a view.The patio set was a nice place to sit and relax with a glass of wine after a full day of exploring the area.

Excellent apartment especially for two people. Very nicely furnished and well chosen amenities. Perfect place to recharge after a day of enjoying Alaska outdoors or fishing. Some good food places in town, too.

We loved our stay in Susan's Seward home. It was so clean and well maintained. We used the kitchen to cook and had everything we needed. I slept on the sofa bed and it was very comfortable - felt just like a regular bed. We also loved the hiking trail right out the front door. Check in was a breeze and communication with Susan was great. Highly recommend!

Probably one of the nicest, well appointed homes we’ve stayed in via VRBO. Clearly the owner has taken such care in “curating” this apartment.
