Maison idéalement située avec une jolie vue sur le lac d’Annecy
La localisation est sans conteste le principal atout de cette maison : au calme, avec une très belle vue sur le lac, et à proximité des nombreuses activités proposées dans les environs. Un cadre agréable pour découvrir la région.Quelques précisions utiles pour de futurs locataires : la maison est en réalité divisée en deux, avec les propriétaires qui occupent l’autre partie. La piscine est partagée avec eux, mais son accès est limité aux créneaux de 14h à 18h uniquement, ce qui n’est malheureusement pas précisé dans l’annonce.Concernant l’intérieur de la maison, les ustensiles de cuisine, les casseroles/poêles ainsi que certains appareils électroménagers gagneraient à être remplacés.À noter également que toutes les chambres sont équipées de lits avec des pieds de lit, ce qui peut poser problème aux personnes de grande taille.En résumé, une maison très bien située pour profiter de la région, mais qui mériterait quelques améliorations pour offrir un confort à la hauteur de son emplacement.
