Single storey housing, comprising two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen opening onto a large living room, adjoining a very sunny veranda. The place, which also has two gardens (front and rear), allows parking along the facade. At 50 m from the bike path, it offers, while remaining quiet and in an intimacy of greenery, in a radius of 300 m,
a supermarket, a launderette, two caterers, an organic shop and a bakery. The nearest bathing point is 300 m away, the apartment being otherwise equidistant from the municipal beaches of Sevrier and St Jorioz.
ATTENTION: this is our main residence, with our equipment and decoration ... AND our cat. Nova has good character, is autonomous (no box to clean and has its own access). It only asks to be nourished and watered (more if affinity). In case of health problem of said critter, we have family nearby. So no worries.
