Triana is a newly built, modern, airy and bright 5-storey architect-designed house with two terraces and a small private swimming pool on the rooftop and includes a private parking.

It can accommodate up to 7 people with its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has underfloor heating and underfloor cooling. The property is decorated and equipped with quality furniture.

The property is located in the emblematic neighbourhood of Triana. Triana is a classic Sevillian neighbourhood situated on the other side of the Guadalquivir river. It stretches from the Cartuja in the north to the Remedios neighbourhood in the south.

With a seafaring character and a great Sevillian tradition, it is the birthplace of bullfighters and artists and attracts many visitors seduced by its tapas, its views of the river, its typical market and its small Sevillian tile shops.

All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees must be made for your rental to be confirmed. When a booking is made with less than 14 days in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due.



Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; check-out by 11:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. Cancellations. Cancelling more than 5 days prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a full refund. Cancelling between 3 and 5 days prior to arrival will entitle you to a refund of 50%. Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance of the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.

Additional information.The minimum stay we have in Seville is 2 nights, and 5 nights over the Easter and Seville Fair period. The property is fully equipped, including high quality bedlinen and towels.

Dit is een gehele woning met 3 terrassen en alle mogelijke faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Zeer net en heel mooi ingericht! Kwartiertje stappen van het centrum. Ɓuurt zelf was redelijk druk We hadden er een fantastisch verblijf.
