Property was lovely, beautiful view of plaza de espana, rooftop pool was refreshing, unfortunately not enough lounge chairs or umbrellas for guests in the summer heat this is needed. Drinks and food were good, some staff friendlier than others. Rooms were cozy and clean. Location ideal for walking to local sights. Only issue parking on site is not included. Hotel should consider including parking voucher.

The hotel room was hot as hell. We stayed up all night the first night and the hotel refused to change our rooms. The next day I picked up my stuff and left although we were booked for 2 days. There was no iron or iron board in the room and the hair dryer that was there wouldn’t work as well. Overall terrible experience despite all the positive reviews that I Saw before booking it and I will never go back again. They didn’t even offer to reimburse back one night of stay for this terrible experience

An excellent base to explore the city

Hotel is very cool and calm with great air con which is so nice when it’s 40+ degrees outside! All staff were lovely and arrangements for your last day were great with a complementary shower room bookable for 30mins. Breakfast was great with nice setting and good choice, my only improvement would be better coffee. Bedroom was well set up and a good size. There’s no kettle as standard but you can ask for one. The cleaning service was excellent and friendly, lots of towel replacements etc. Pool area was lovely - a great, relaxed vibe with adults and families together and a nice bar. Location is also very good: very near Plaza de España, hop on hop off bus stop and a short walk to cathedral and Real Alcázar. I’d definitely recommend a stay here.

A bright, modern hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, spacious bar and reception area, beautiful swimming pool with cafe bar and an excellent breakfast selection is served in a choice of inside or outside dining areas. The hotel is located in a quiet, residential district, a short drive from the airport and a 20 minute walk to the old town. There are several excellent restaurants next to the hotel and the Sevilla stadium is around 20 minutes walk away. The hotel is also conveniently located for public transport. We stayed here for a short city break and would definitely stay again.

While the lobby was pretty and clean and the staff was excellent, the hotel rooms had poor air conditioning in the 100°+ days and the bathrooms smelled moldy and had ants crawling everywhere. It was really unfortunate given the 4-star level hotel rating.

4 day Seville trip

Such a lovely big, clean and modern hotel with walking distance to a lot of places! Views from the pool are amazing. Breakfast was really good loads of options & the pool bar / restaurant was good too. Only downside is there isn’t enough sun beds for the amount of guests especially when it was busy over the weekend so you have to make sure you get your towels at 11! Apart from that amazing hotel will stay again when visiting Seville :)

Very nice room. Super clean. Staff mostly very friendly and helpful. Pool very chilled. Lots of beds. Nice bar. Booked a terrace room. Waste of money as unlike the photos it was North facing. Had to ask three times and also complain to Expedia before sun loungers sent late on our second day. No view. and one of the staff very patronising when we asked and told us we hadn't paid enough for our room to have loungers. It was the only negative about our stay but quite annoying! Breakfast excellent value for €10 each. Good coffee and lots of hot and cold options. 20 min walk to old town. Nice parks and local bars nearby. Taxi rank outside too.

This was such a well-maintained modern well air conditioned hotel. The pool and the bar are open and in good shape. It's really hot in Saville so it's important that the pool is working. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The only bad thing is the gym. If you have to work out, just be aware that there are only a handful of machines and weights there.
