Stay away from this hotel we went for new year on arrival were told the bar and restaurant wernt open during winter this should have been highlighted on their website also air conditioning was turned off .we booked a double room but were given a twin with a small window so no daylight probably the worst room in the hotel which was small and very warm and stuffy on the night definetely not what it shows on the website total misrepresentation one of worst hotel experiences i have ever had

WiFi was pretty weak, I had to stay in a particular spot in my room to access it. I believe as you get higher up in the hotel the weaker the signal was. I was on the 5th floor in the 6-floor building. However, staff were friendly and helpful when called upon.

Wonderful stay at Don Paco!!! Stayed for 6 nights. First night was in a tiny room with bad internet. But, they moved me to a much better room that was perfect! The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Location was perfect. Walking distance to Las Setas, Cathedral, the river, etc. Transportation is very accessible. Supermarket next door. Looking forward to stay there again!!

The hotel was in a perfect location to walk to almost all sights in the city. It was also wonderful that many of the tours that are available meet in the park across the street from the hotel! The front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.
