The property is on a vibrant street. The location was very convenient. The building is very secure and getting in and out was very easy. My English-speaking host met me at the sideway and was very helpful and ready with useful information about visiting Seville. They kept in touch with me via Whatsapp and even kept me in informed about an upcoming event that would disrupt traffic which enabled me to better plan my schedule. The apartment comes with linen, towel changes and garbage disposal about every 5 days. It would be helpful if they offered thorough cleaning services periodically as I was staying for quite a long time, and would have been happy to pay for cleaning extra service. All usual appliances were available. The property even offers free dish washing liquid and powder, detergent, coffee, tea and cooking oil, which they were happy to replenish if you needed more. Everything you needed was available. My only complaint is that the shower needs some work: 1) The shower head doesn't work properly (water pressure was not great); and water kept seeping outside of the shower area, creating a large pool of water outside of the shower. I had to shower very closely (and quickly) around the drain area so as to minimize flooding in the bathroom and mop up the floor after every shower. As it was summer time, I showered 2 or 3 times a day. The leaking became quite an annoyance. Otherwise, my stay was perfect. I would definitely return.
