As you step into the ground floor, you’ll be greeted by a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy dining table, along with one of the bedrooms. Moving upstairs, you’ll find a light-filled living room, illuminated by a skylight and a window offering panoramic views of the majestic Giralda tower. On this floor, you’ll also discover the second bedroom. Both bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with showers. One boasts a spacious queen-size bed measuring 1.50 x 1.90 meters, while the other offers two twin beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 meters each. Undoubtedly, the highlight of this apartment is its magnificent terrace with a sun deck and a refreshing shallow pool (open from April to September inclusive), allowing you to cool off while enjoying breathtaking views of the charming Santa Cruz neighborhood and the iconic Giralda tower.

The surrounding area of the apartment is simply incomparable. Santa Teresa Street and Santa Cruz Square are two enchanting locations, brimming with history and tradition. Great location

The perfect place from which to explore Seville. Good comms with the hosts and the early issues - broken toaster, dirty pool etc - were fairly quickly resolved, Some items would be useful such as a bread knife and chopping board. Note - the ‘pool’ is a knee high pool about 6ft long, good for a quick sit or foot dangle to cool off but def not for swimming. There is also a handy outdoor shower,

Seville Stay

Very convenient location in Barrio Santa Cruz. We were steps to the lively neighborhood restaurants and shops, but down a quiet lane. Loved the rooftop terrace to unwind after hectic sightseeing. Apartment is small, but appreciated en suite baths for the two bedrooms and the small kitchen for quick breakfasts. Highly recommend.

Deceiving property

The pics of this property completely oversell it for what it is. The rooftop is the only attractive quality of the listing and even then the "pool" is a small pond, probably about 6 inches of water. The towels were cheapest quality possible and the rooms were no frills with windows that look out onto nothing. I wouldn't recommend this property unless you want overpriced hostel.
