The pure lack of communication made the things that were wrong even more unacceptable. After 6 attempts to contact the host and still no reply we went to the cabin. The driveway is horribly situated, but we made it work. When entering the cabin things look fine…..until you try and get water from the kitchen sink, or try to dryyour wet clothes. The hot tub was in no way cleaned after each stay as it had a “film” all over it and when we wiped the sides we knew we would not be using it. The electrical and plumbing upstairs is also in need of attention. We left a day early as we were all pretty unhappy with our accommodations. I sent a reply to “Nick” when we checked out and got the formal canned e-mail, and again no follow up. I would hate to think what would happen if someone had a real emergency in one of his/their properties.
