Why choose GracePointe Valley? Read our reviews!
Come enjoy the incredible beauty of the Smoky Mountains at GracePointe Valley! The air is fresh, the trails are beckoning, and the creeks are rolling! If the cabin's cozy atmosphere and outdoor fire pit and swing don’t get you in the mood, the lights, activities, and excitement of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge surely will!
Our 3BR/2BA log cabin, located in the heart of Wears Valley, offers just what you're looking for in a Smoky Mountain get-away. The prime location means you're only minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains park boundary as well as minutes from the fun and excitement of Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. It really IS the best of both worlds! And the biggest plus of all? Backroads everywhere to help you avoid traffic and congestion!
GracePointe Valley is our family cabin, purchased Spring 2017, and replaces our former cabin (GracePointe of Gatlinburg) that was destroyed in the 2016 wildfires. This new cabin is located in an area unaffected by the 2016 wildfires and the mountains surrounding it are beautiful, green and untouched. We have completely renovated and updated this cabin and continue to make improvements. New mattresses, linens, and furniture are just the starting point. All cabinetry has been refinished (yes, that "distressed" look is intentional) and new hardwood floors have been installed. As more and more guests discover GracePointe Valley, our positive reviews increase. Come see what they're talking about! :-)
With a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom, queen beds in each of the two upstairs bedrooms, and a full bath on each floor, you'll have plenty of room for everyone in the family. There's even a set of child-sized (note: "child-sized"...meaning kids, not teenagers. Beds are 33 X70 inches as compared with standard twins which are 30 X 74 inches) bunk beds in the upstairs landing, making a fun spot for the kiddos.
The kitchen is completely stocked with new dishes, flatware, and cookware. And there's a laundry room (washer & dryer) for your convenience. Cable television and internet are also provided.
We continue to improve the exterior of the cabin and even added a firepit area, complete with firewood, stacked and ready to go. (What other cabin offers a firepit and supplies your firewood? Not many, I assure you! Don't forget to pack the marshmallows!) You can even sit in the hot tub near the firepit! And we just added a swing by the firepit, too! (Can you tell we love the firepit?) A charcoal grill and outdoor dining set means dinner on the deck is a must! Other considerations include ample parking, a wrap-around deck, rocking chairs, a porch swing, and a hot tub. In other words, pretty much everything you need to relax, refresh, and renew.
New photos are being added to our VRBO page as improvement are made. Improvements completed last summer include: renovated bathrooms, the kids bunk area, and the cabin exterior. All bedding is new in all bedrooms and bedroom furniture is new in both upstairs bedrooms. (As a side note, all mattresses are encased to protect against any type of infestation.) The large living room includes new leather sofa and love seat with new hardwood flooring throughout.
Please note: GracePointe Valley is located in a quiet, mostly residential area and is definitely NOT a "party cabin." If your vacation plans include hosting loud outdoor parties, you will want to consider another property as you will not find GracePointe Valley to be a good fit for your group. On the other hand, if you're looking for the perfect spot to relax with a good book, enjoy a quiet evening around the firepit, or sweet family/friend dinner time on the deck, then GracePointe Valley is the perfect spot!
If time around the pool is on your vacation list, we also provide access to a nearby (About 1 mile) pool and fishing pond for your enjoyment! We pay the cost of the access. You'll receive access info to Honeysuckle Meadows pool and stocked fishing pond after booking.
Please visit and "Like" our Facebook page ("GracePointe Valley") for updates, more information, and more photos.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

GracePointe Cabin was so clean, cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet area and appreciated the small touches like the coffee bar and plenty of firewood. It is a perfect area to stay in since it isn't as busy but also isn't too far out.

Beautiful cabin and clean. Everything was there that we could need, including extra toilet paper, spices, coffee and tea! We had a wonderful stay! Only thing missing was a Mountain View, but I expected that, since it was surrounded by trees. This was a much needed week in the mountains for myself and my family!

Cozy Cabin
We had a wonderful visit to Grace Pointe Valley. The cabin was definitely a home away from home and was stocked with everything we needed. We even ended up packing too much not knowing how much was included. We saw bear, deer, turkey, and raccoons on the property which made it more special. The location was easy to access and close enough to all activities we wanted to do. It was an amazing week in the mountains!

Fourth of July family vacation
All of the information provided about this location was very accurate. It was a wonderful vacation, in a beautiful area that was punctuated by being able to stay in such a great cabin every night. We loved having a kitchen to cook in, a hot tub to unwind in, a fire to hang out by, and the surrounding area was amazing. Wears Valley is so pretty. The only thing I would note, is the charcoal grill was quite dirty from a previous tenant; so we decided not to use it. I would recommend getting rid of that old charcoal grill and get a Weber charcoal kettle, they clean much easier. That aside, 5 stars all around!

Good overall experience with my stay at grace point valley. Nice and cozy cabin. My only complaint would be high dusting the cleaning crew could do a little better job at that. Other than that everything else was on point.

Wonderful
We had a great week at Gracepoint Valley. Excellent location to visit the quieter side of the park, but close enough to enjoy the tourist attractions as well. There was some dust under the beds and some cobwebs, but other than that the cabin is really very nice and well maintained. We saw a black widow spider outside and lots of insects due to the wooded location but there was not a bug to be found inside the house and everything worked well and was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the furniture is comfortable (although the master bedroom mattress is quite soft.) We loved the fire pit area, and overall would recommend this cabin.

Nice, clean, and cozy
This is a nice, well-maintained property. It was just a tad bit on the small side for us (a family of six - mom, dad, 22, 18, 15, and 3 year-olds), but do-able, comfortable, very quiet, and cozy. We were in the National Park most of the time anyway. Two of the siblings slept in the same bed, and the bunk beds are toddler-sized mattresses(perfect for the 3-year old). Communications with the owner were excellent. We decided to stay another night, and he made it easy for us to extend the stay. Also, Wears Valley is a very nice, quiet, and secluded area. For the 25 years we have visited the area, we always stay in Wears Valley. I highly recommend it. There is a back door entrance (Metcalf Bottoms) literally 5-10 minutes down the street from this cabin, and Cades Cove is about a 30-35 minute drive. Plus you have Townsend very close by. It was definitely worth the money, and I would recommend it.

Great cabin in a great location
We had a great stay during our kids spring break. The cabin was everything they said and very clean. The driveway was a tiny bit steep, but fully paved and manageable with a handy turn around spot. One of the best surprises was the location. We have been to the Sevierville area many times, but never stayed in Wear Valley. Even though we didn't have mountain views, the Valley was very beautiful and completely quiet. I would never have guessed how many great stores and restaurants were available just a few minutes away from the cabin. We really liked the Sloppy Hog Burger Joint. It was great to have places to grab breakfast or dinner without having to go into the busy tourist areas. And when we did go out, it was only a nice 20 minute drive to Parkway. We will keep this cabin in mind for future trips.

The perfect Cabincation!
GracePointe Valley was the perfect hidden gem for our Labor Day weekend family get away. It was exactly as advertised. The owners were prompt with responses prior to our arrival and we didn’t have any issues while we were there. We made use of the coffee provided and added to the collection for future guests. We didn’t have to travel more than 20 minutes to visit Pigeon Forge or hike the Smokies. We really enjoyed winding down each evening with dinner or games around the dining room table.

Family vacation
We enjoyed our stay at GracePointe Valley. Everything was as described and worked great for our family. The location was fantastic for everything we did. We even had the pleasure of seeing a bear one evening when we pulled in the driveway. The size was great for our family of four, plus the in-laws. We had no issues that we needed to contact the owner. They provided all the information we needed prior to check-in. We would stay here again.

Perfect place
We traveled with my wife, three kids, and my wife’s parents. The cabin was exactly as advertised. My family spent a lot of time in the park while her parents spent a lot of time relaxing at the cabin. It was great to have a place to come back to and relax after a long day of exploring. The cabin provided everyone in our group the experience they were looking for. The cabin is in a little neighborhood but you feel like you are the only ones in the area. It’s a short 15 minute drive to get into the park. The drive to Pigeon Forge can take 15-25 minutes depending on traffic. The cabin environment is so nice that you almost feel guilty leaving it to go to town. I will recommend this cabin to any of my personal friends if the plan a trip to the area.
