The first day called us an hour before check in and said there is a problem with our unit can’t check we had to ask if they had something else for us they finally found something had to wait for house keeping who swore at my daughter We were back and forth on the phone for hours on our vacation

Liked the design of the house. Enjoyed the indoor heated pool and hot tub. The house shows signs of rental vs 'lived in'. For instance: the downstairs bathroom had mold inside and outside the cabinet, when showers were taken in the 'common' upstairs bathroom the ceiling of the downstairs master bathroom had water drops, the bar stools and some chairs were worn through the seat covering to the padding underneath. It was adequate though. We had a great time with the family. 2 parking places wete not enough for a house that sleeps up to 13.

The a/c was broken and they knew about before the stay and they did not let us know. When we reached out they told us it would be fixed during our stay but they didn't even have the part. When I reached out to ask for a refund they only offered a credit instead of money back. They were also not helpful with parking and the cabin lacked the necessities like trash bags.

Nice location, plenty of room for extended family of 11, enjoyed the small indoor pool and access to the resort pool down the road. Very basic kitchen supplies, but we made it work for all but a few meals out.Other than the bunk room with window AC unit, upstairs very hot by evening-recommend window units for the other bedrooms or upgrade cooling system.

Our family stay

Our family get away was awesome and we look forward to returning in the near future. The service after the sale was impeccable! The check in and out process was extremely easy. I would complain about the cold temperatures at times on the inside, but it was extremely hot outside and the coolness was greatly appreciated after being outside into the summer heat. Overall, myself and my family rates this stay a 20 out of 10.

The house was all that was said to be and the response time was great when needed. It was alot of little things that became annoying when we found so manyand the amount of money we spent for the cabin. Blankets were not on any of the beds, freezer handle was broken, dishwasher was broken (10 people eating at different times the dishwasher would of been nice). The rod to close the blinders in one bedroom was broken, Filters in the hot tub were broken and floating in the hot tub when we went to open it the handle on the hot tub lid was broken and the water in the pool and hot tub smelled of untreated well water (which was fixed during our stay) A mixing bowl was taken out of the cabinet for the kids to use for popcorn and it smelled like dog and found dog drool on it. Being a group of adults we were able to overcome some of this and Sevierville was a great place to visit and have fun with everyone.

Just what we needed

We had an awesome stay. The cabin was a good distance to Gatlinburg and Cades Cove which is where we headed each day. Our families enjoyed the spacious cabin where the kids could hang out and play, while the adults had a quiet space too. The area is quiet and beautiful. The owners were more than accommodating and helped with some minor issues we had immediately. We definitely want to come back and recommend this stay.

It was a beautiful cabin

It was me my bf our 3 boys and his sister and brother and mom and cousin and her kid and a family friend and her kid and it fit us perfectly everyone had the own bed and the kids LOVED the pool and we loved the hot tub there was always somthing for the kids to do thay ether stayed in the pool or the theater room ! We adults had just as much fun as the kids we will definitely come stay again!!

Perfect place for all of us!!

We had such a wonderful stay! The little indoor pool was a high light for our 8 and 9 yr old. The older nieces loved the theater space and arcade games and we all had a comfortable place to sleep:) Stay Minty was amazing to work with!

Overall it was a great stay. Pictures if views are from nearby. Cabin view is of woods/other cabins. It was clean. Check in easy and early. Good stocking (don't need tp).

Great Mountain Cabin

Had a great time at this cabin. We were visiting Pigeon Forge with family and friends. Cabin has a great set up for families, lots of room in the main area. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Only issue was parking, if you have more than 2 cars it’s tight. But otherwise everything was great!
