Upon arrival my husband and I noticed a few things that were damaged. Broken chair and rocker on porch and swing (in pictures below the deck) was down. The owners responded quickly to our texts offering to have someone fix the broken chair. The rocker and swing could not be replaced/repaired during our stay. I would caution guests on the steepness of the driveway and ability to safely get in and out. The hot tab water was a dirty brown color and continued to worsen daily. The main reason for this rating is because as we were preparing to depart, we removed the sheets from the sleeper sofa. The sofa our 12-year old (with asthma and allergies) slept on had a large area of black mold on the mattress. Hidden by the sheets, we had no idea he was sleeping on something that was harming him and potentially could have been worse. If the sheets were changed after every visit (as expected), the cleaning team should have been aware of this and took immediate steps to get it resolved. The failure to clean after every guest is as appalling as simply covering the mold back up. Our sons health was jeopardized and that is not acceptable.
