Great family getaway!

We really enjoyed our vacation, it felt like home away from home! The kids LOVED the pool, adults loved the hot tub. The game room was a wonderful place for the kids to hang out and play also! Some minor setbacks occurred and the host was exceptional at addressing the issues! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location but property not well maintained

The outside of the property was not well maintained. We expected falling leaves of course but the deck and pool did not look like it had been cleaned. I did ask the property manager about the pool and was told it had been cleaned a few hours before we arrived. We have an inground pool and are familiar with what a maintained pool looks like. We didn’t spend any time on the deck or in the pool because it was just too dirty to enjoy. Definitely NOT as pictured. The deck and pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property The inside was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the location of the property as it was private but still a short drive to main strip of Pigeon Forge. We were locked out of the property for over an hour one night because we entered the wrong code on the front door. We had to have our 7 year old climb through a window to access the house finally. The property manager blamed us instead of trying to help us. That was the biggest disappointment of the stay.

Perfect Stay

The deck was awesome! Loved hanging out at the house by the pool and hot tub. With all the stuff to do in Gatlinburg, you didn’t even need to leave the cabin!

Perfect family house

Everything was exactly as stated in the listing for this property and the photos are very accurate. The only disappointment was that the under water pool lights no longer work like in the night time photo which made swimming at night a little dark. We didn’t use the game room at all because we went to play pool and the pool sticks were unusable due to the lack of a tip to hit any of the balls. Other than that, the house was exactly as described and was perfect for our first family vacation in the Great Smoky Mountains. Location was ideal for the Island at Pigeon Forge and Dollywood.

Poolside Oasis

This property was exceptional! Not far from everything in Pigeon Forge, but far enough if you want some peace! The cabin was clean, very well decorated, everything we needed. The deck, pool and hot tub was perfect! Would 100% stay here again! Thank you for a great family vacation.

The cabin was located in a very quiet neighborhood close to the strip. Nice large deck with pool was nice. There was a arge eating area. Game room was an added bonus.

Nice cabin convenient to everything!

Cabin was great for our family and kids really enjoyed pool and game room. Easy contact with host when pool was a little chilly and she sent someone out promptly to address. Private location but soooo close to everything!

Great cabin stay

Great cabin situated off a quiet side road so you felt like you were in the middle of the mountains but a short drive away was all the fun, touristy things to do that kept everyone in our group happy. And with the kids ranging from 2-12 that can be a tall order but this place delivered on all fronts. The pool was also a great bonus that gave us all a place to relax. Our one small gripe was that upon arrival it felt like the space had been vacant for awhile with some dead bugs and dust on some of the surfaces but truly was not a big deal. The owner was quick to respond to communications and seemed kind in her responses. We’d definitely recommend this stay to any family looking for a nice place in Pigeon Forge.

My only draw back, other than it being cold and couldn't use the pool, lol, was the fact that the game room(pool table) and theater room was in a separate building( not in the house). It was right on the other side of the drive but it was cold and I'm old and didn't want to go back and forth. The walls are a little thin but it was really nice being one level. The back bathroom on the left needs a little heater as it stayed cold. The place was great, clean and in a good location! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Thanksgiving

Had a wonderful stay! The place is very well equipped. The heated pool and hot tub was amazing. There was a gas fire pit that we would have enjoyed if there hadn’t been a fire ban in county. Would recommend to anyone to stay with family including fury friends. Host was very easy to communicate with and made sure our needs were meet. Five Stars!!!!

Nice property, poor management and even worse communication.

Property was nice. However in the description it stated that the property had a heated pool. Days before check in, I sent an email asking what temp it was kept at. The property manager responded that the heater was broken but that they would have it replaced on Monday or Tuesday. After voicing my displeasure with the communication, she offered me $100 off per night of our stay and that they would have maintenance come out on Tuesday to replace the motherboard of the heater. No one showed up and she stopped answering my emails. And of course, no money was ever refunded.

Loved this place!!!

This cabin was awesome!!! It was exactly what it looked in the pictures. Communication was top notch and so appreciated. The location was very convenient and close to everything without all the traffic. Dollywood was literally 10mins away. This place is def saved on my faves list

A wonderful getaway!

The pool was great and close to pigeon forge and yet you felt you were further away. The house had the right mix of rustic (looks) and modern appliances. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Amazing place to stay!

The house has a perfect location close to all the attractions but away from the hustle and bustle! It is decorated so cute! The game room and pool deck were the highlights for the teens! We will definitely be back!

Our 2nd trip to the Smoky Mountains

What a wonderful cabin in the woods. Our family has enjoyed annual family vacations and last summer the Grandkids asked to make a trip back to the Smoky Mountains. We had an awesome time in this beautiful cabin with the pool as a bonus for our R & R time between unique activities to this area!

This property is beautiful!!!!!! It’s extremely close to everything!!! They provide pool toys and pool towels The full size beds are very small more kid sized perfect for us we had 5 kids with us but as far as adults very small (one room says it’s a queen it maybe but it’s pushing it) The room with the king size bed is very large and roomy the downfall the blinds are broken so the room is lit up and if anyone is outside they can see directly in ur room The kitchen comes with the very basics to cook I would recommend bringing ur own pillows and blankets as there are not a ton of extras The game room is a separate building off the house that includes shuffle board a pool table and a movie space Overall we had a great experience had it been sunny and warm it would have been even better definitely 5 star recommend
