Check in and check out was very easy. A little pressure from time share salesman but other than that it was great. Condo unit was exceptional. Also the location at Governor’s Crossing can’t be beat. Easy in and out. Will definitely stay at this resort again.

It was a beautiful property and very well maintained We didn’t like the check in process at all, we were pressured to come to a meeting about the property. The man was too pushy. After driving 7 hours we just wanted to check in to our room.We will never go back to Wyndham.

Great stay!!

Overall, the property is very good! We stayed on the Greenbriar side from Sunday afternoon until Friday morning in a 2 bedroom family suite. The micro golf course was a big attraction. So was the splash pad. The indoor and outdoor pool were both crowded each time we went so they were very popular. Walmart, Dollar Tree, Applebees and a trampoline park are nearby. Parking at night can be a bit tricky due to the amount of cars versus number of available parking spaces, so if you like the night life, be prepared to park a little further away from your room. No worries though because the sunsets are to die for!

Beautiful views

The condo was very clean, large and had all the amenities. I loved how it was close to everything but also quiet. The outdoor pool was huge, indoor pool was nice and gym was nice. Enjoyed the little general store. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I would stay there again a million times over! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo located in the heart of Pigeon Forge

We had a wonderful week! Our condo was beautiful and located close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge. We were there for the Ripken tournament and it was so close and easy to get to the fields. My only complaint was check in was a mess. We arrived a little before check in and thought we should check if our place was available. It was not, not a big deal. We were told they would call us when it was. We never received a call, so after the check-in time had passed I called them and they said it was ready. We arrived and had to wait in line again to check in. The once they assigned our condo we went and they made us speak to the time share people. We were then pulled back over and told our condo was not available, they had to take us back to the counter. They then called around to see if they could move us. After being in the office close to 40 mins we ended up with the condo they originally put us in. Kind of a mess but the week after that was perfect!

Would return in a heartbeat!

Our unit was beautiful! We have stayed in many nice units over our years of vacationing. This unit was likely the newest, cleanest, and had the best layout that we have experienced for our family of four. We usually visit a new vacation site each summer My husband, my kids, and I all agree that we will likely just return to this Wyndham site next year. The staff was very friendly. The grounds were well kept. It was obvious that owners and employees take pride in this property. It is close to countless attractions, restaurants, and (our favorite) the Great Smoky Mountains. I wholeheartedly recommend this location!

This was a great location. Close to everything, but far enough away from traffic noise. Indoor pool was convenient. Unit was clean. Check in process took a little longer than a standard hotel because it was very thorough and included a rundown of available sight seeing iptions

Beautiful area

We enjoyed our stay. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, was clean, convenient to outside activities and the property itself was well kept. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only two negatives that I will say happened during our stay was that on the other side of the children’s bedroom was an electrical room which was very noisy which made early morning sleep an issue and when we checked in, we arrived at 6 in the evening after driving about 7 hours that day and we had to go through the whole time share offer speech. While I do understand that is how the company operates, maybe a different approach could be entertained. Just not something I wanted to face after a long day in the car.

Building location not the best but a great condo

We either had to walk across a very busy road or drive to another section for a pool or workout facility. Need a stoplight to help people cross road. Could not sit on patio much due to smell of dumpster. Condo is great and ease of access to activities in town was great. Did not like being pressured to attend a time share demo at check in. Would stay again in another building.
