We picked this house for the proximity to a wedding venue and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms which accommodated us very well. Our only complaint would be the quality of the furnishings. The couches and chairs on main levels were very worn out with springs missing, tears in the upholstery and dirty. The fabric on the pool table was ripped.

We stayed 5 nights over spring break. Amazing views, neighborhood is quiet and properties are spread out. Cabin had everything we needed. Loved the pool and hot tub. Everything was clean and comfortable. Property management super quick to respond to anything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

We are coming from Wisconsin with two of our children and meeting two more of our children that were coming from Florida. This was the best meeting spot. We had so much fun. Lots of space. We have all adult children so it was nice they had their own rooms and bathrooms. Pool was pretty cold so they only went in for about 5 min. But the gaming area was a hit And so is all the activities in the area.

Nice mountain home!

The view was absolutely stunning! You need to earn the view via the climb to get to the home. One piece of advice is to arrive in the daylight. Everything was clean and maintained save for the floors. There was one railing on the deck that needs to be fixed, but other than that the house was great. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Thank you for offering this home!

We enjoyed the property very much. Here are few issues: -a lot of the flooring was coming up. Stubbed our toes occasionally -would like to have been informed when trash pick was coming. I texted property manager about needing a pickup, but he never replied, so we took the trash ourselves to one of the recommended sites. -a few of the doors failed to latch -pool table has some ripped felt -kitchen faucet has a leak from the spout

Overall the house was amazing ,the only complaint would be the floors were pretty bad in the kitchen area and in front of the one door on the same level going outside to the deck.Also a few of the wood rails on the deck were a little sketchy.Pool and hot tub were great and the views were absolutely amazing!!!Would recommend families to stay here and we will definitely be back again.

The cabin was true to the listing and the property manager was very responsive whenever I needed to contact them. The views of the mountains at this house were nothing short of amazing. We absolutely enjoyed the pool and the layout of the cabin. My only complaint was the floors were lifting in the kitchen/living room area but that didn't affect our stay. Will definitely book with them again.

Well needed vacation, away from the hussell and bussell of the city. My wife and I and 5 kids. This was perfect. I was worried about it being too far out of town. Where we would have to drive a long way for anything. But it wasn't. It was actually perfect location. Pizza shop was maybe 10 min away. The one thing everyone wants to see in Gatlinburg is a bear. WE SEEN ONE RIGHT BY THE CABIN!!!! It was crossing the road. The pool and hot tub was amazing. The pool door has a code to get into, and a doorbell. When it opens, everyone knows. Which is great with little ones and teenagers that think they can sneak into the pool. Lol. I'm a saftey guy, so i looked out for saftey hazards. Everything looked great. Even the fire extinguishers. They were all up to date. There were a few minor things, but with any house this big you rent. You will have minor things that may arise. The host got back with me within a hr i think. There are so many good things i can say. But you need to go see yourself!!! :) So all in all it was a great stay. Thanks for having us.

Great Getaway -Thanksgiving Weekend

The cabin was pretty true to the listing! The pool and jacuzzi were an excellent addition and my children as well as myself and other guests thoroughly enjoyed it. The game room area was nice as well. The only complaint I would have to say was with the listing stating there was a theatre at the location which in fact there was not. I suppose the “theatre area was where the large tv is displayed in the game room area with an gaming system. I believe it was an x-box. This area was a nice addition, but not enclosed room for a theatre if that is what you are expecting. Each room had pros and cons depending on each guests. I did appreciate that each room had its on bathroom. This was very nice. The private balcony in the upper room is very small. It’s excellent for using binoculars to observe surrounding nature by standing, but I would take advantage of the two lower level decks for seating and relaxation. Although two seats were available. Communication with property manager was prompt and enjoyable. The neighbor across the street from the property was very friendly. The surrounding landscape was beautiful and we were able to see bears and elk as we journeyed down the mountain away from the property. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. I would definitely stay at the property again.

Amazing view

Cabin was absolutely beautiful and neighborhood was so peaceful. The view was awesome and it was relatively close to anything you wanted to do downtown. We would definitely stay there again.
