This newly constructed two-bedroom modern cabin gives you a back-to-nature vibe that few Smokies’ cabins can match.  Wake up to bird calls as you enjoy morning coffee on the deck.  Watch turkeys or deer grazing in the yard.  Or drive down the street (1 mile) to Foxfire Adventure Park for top-rated zip lines, swinging bridges, even pet friendly hiking trails.  Plus, you’re only about 12 miles from two national park entrances—Cosby and Greenbrier.  Woodside Cottage is all about the great outdoors.  And best of all, it’s a great value!

Woodside Cottage is ideal for one or two couples; a friends’ get-together, or a small family.  It’s located on a country road with a few other cabins nearby, but nothing right next to you.  The Pearl of the Valley wedding venue is located further down the road, so you may occasionally see vehicles headed that way.  There are no steep roads or switchbacks and the drive to the cabin is very pretty as you wind through the mountain farms and homesteads.  The last half mile before you reach the cabin, the road changes to a gravel base.  In the winter, this private road is not plowed by county road crews.  

Woodside Cottage welcomes adult dogs up to 75 pounds. Sorry--no puppies, kittens or cats. The pet stay fee is $125.00 plus tax and is charged per pet. We appreciate any supporting details so we can determine if your pet is a good fit for the cabin. We may be able to consider two dogs. Dogs must be experienced travelers. Absolutely no confining of pets to the bedroom or bathroom.

Please send the following info for pet approval:
-Pet's age
-Confirm your pet is on a flea/tick program
-Confirm your pet will be crated when alone at the cabin (feel free to use ours or bring your own)
-Agree to keep pet off human bets & pick up after them in grassy areas
