Fall Break Getaway

Our family of 5 and grandparents had a great visit to the Smoky Mountains largely in part to our great accommodations! This cabin was perfect for us - both inside and out! Kids and adults appreciated the hot tub/fire pit/playset area and the upstairs playroom, too. Kitchen worked well for us, too! Everything was clean and host was very responsive to our early check-in request!

Home away from home

Tom was a most excellent host and the cabin was a perfect retreat for us. Especially with the threat of Hurricane Helene putting rain on the forecast for 4 out of 5 days. It didn’t matter. We put on the tv, cozied up and let it pass us by. This place is perfect for a family getaway. Look forward to coming back again soon.

Perfect Family Cabin

This cabin was the perfect haven for our family, including our little ones and our fur baby. It was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. We especially loved the larger bunk beds, dreamy Mountain Views, swing set, and jacuzzi. There were lots of towels, including jacuzzi towels, which we really appreciated. The communication from the host and responsiveness to questions was impressively prompt! The host even instacarted a duvet cover to ensure we had everything we needed. We loved our stay so much that we asked to extend it too. Would definitely recommend or even stay again!

Perfect family getaway spot!

We recently spent 2 weeks in this cabin and were very pleased with just about everything! 4 adults, 2 kids (8 yrs old) and our golden retriever and we had plenty of space to spread out. The hot tub is a nice addition and made for a few relaxing evenings. My husband loved the grill! My kids loved the arcade game and foosball table. Kitchen is well stocked with most everything you need. Beds are comfortable, linens clean, plenty of towels for both showers and the hot tub. The owner, Tom, is very responsive and quick to address any issues. The downstairs living room would benefit from additional seating as there is currently only a couch. The weeds around the property need to be cut, especially around the back patio area. Overall, this is a great place to stay in the Sevierville area! Definitely recommend!

ABSOLUTELY NO WATERPARK! I originally looked at this property because we were looking for a family friendly place in the Smokies as we had 4 kids with us. The first picture that shows up is a beautiful pic of a waterpark! The listing stated that you have access to the facility, wow! It turns out that it was a picture of "Soaky Mountain", a near by waterpark - absolutely not affilicated in any way, no discount, no special entrance, not adjacent at all. I texted our host after booking, my mistake, and was asking about the waterpark listed in the amenities. I received a response saying that we had access to facility but that we still had to pay the entrance fee... well EVERYONE has access to the waterpark???!! Also, the listing stated that it was dog friendly! Great because we brought our 2 dogs! Nowhere, that I could see stated that we had to pay a "non-refundable" fee of $100/per dog until the check-in process. By that time we would have lost our payment of $2,100 if we cancelled. Kind of sneaky if you ask me! The pictures in the listing showed a well maintained yard around the cabin, in actuality it looked abandoned. The weeds were over 3 feet tall, blocking the bbq and the view from the hot tub. We were not left with enough toilet paper, one extra roll for 9 people for a week?! There were only 2 trash can liners? 2 packets of laundry soap?! The wifi info was incorrect that was on the wall and in the info book. Inside was pretty.
