The condo itself was spacious and clean. Very well planned with extra seating, kitchen layout and bedrooms.The photos did not show any building construction which was a major disappointment. The HUGE hotel being built was a constant distraction. The noise was ongoing and made it very difficult to enjoy the pool area. The building itself created such a shadow that there was ultimately no sun on the pool deck except for one small area. That made the pool very cold. This should have been disclosed upon the signed agreement.The gazebo was a wonderful place to enjoy the view and cruise ships. Perfect for the sunset!

Poinsettia - West Bay
Property manager was great and responded promptly to any questions or issues. The outside did not live up to the pictures. Outside furniture need to be replaced particlarily in the gazebo. The construction next door was both a visual and auditory eyesore. The beach area was virtually non existent.
