The staff is excellent, especially Tarren who was truly amazing with resolving a few issues regarding our room. Tarren ungraded us to the one bedroom oceanfront suite (room #412) which we absolutely loved. It felt more like an apartment and had best view of the stunning grounds, the gorgeous pool and the ocean. We also enjoyed having the different choices of restaurants within the hotel itself. The beach bar is really special and the had one the best views of the seven mile beach. We visited the bar twice on stay. The things we did not like about our stay is the location of our original premium king ocean room. It is located on the left side of the building closer to the main road and across from the parking lot. We felt it was too noisy and couldn’t enjoy the sitting on the balcony. We also didn’t like that there was no grand lobby/common area. There is a receptionist area with wall partition and a small sitting area behind and separated area in the adjacent building for the guest elevators. We felt it was a little disjointed.

Beautiful hotel. Pool area was amazing! It’s a few minutes walk down to the beach or they can shuttle you down in their golf cart. Staff was very friendly. We loved our stay there and would definitely recommend it!

Everything was phenomenal. All the staff very friendly. Hotel and grounds beautiful. The walk to the beach is down a path surrounded by tropical plants and flowers. My only suggestion would be to have a more casual restaurant that would appeal to many.

The hotel does not offer shuttle services to many places at all (if anything). Your options are to either rent a car or pay for expensive taxi service (to/from every location you go off property). Also, the pool closes at 7pm each night with not much to do for teens/kids. Property is beautiful, clean, well maintained. Staff was very helpful. Beach is just a short walk away. The hotel has a few restaurants however Catalina needs a dinner menu more appealing or more of a variety of foods that will meet the needs of a family.

Fun in the sun

The Hotel is fantastic, its new, only open for a couple of years. The location is great there are many things within a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Our room was on the ocean side and the view was amazing. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool is very nice with full service at your fingertips. The hotel staff is attentive to your needs.

Service was wonderful, view was great if you have ocean view, clean and new feeling. Relaxing and conveniently located. Food was great. We only did breakfast. Lounge chairs with umbrellas at the beach was our favourite. There was even staff who walked around providing water all day my cup was never empty (thx Neal!). Would stay again! I've been in Food/Beverage/hospitality for 20yrs in huge cities, would recommend!

Just a beautiful property with amazing service! We loved our stay here. It was a short walk to the beach and our ocean view room Overlooking the sea was stunning. We loved Bonnie Moons beach club.
