Amazing staff, they go above and beyond to meet every guest need!! Would come back. Beautiful, clean ocean view rooms, a roses from private beach club. Pool is relaxing and food/service was great!

Food service or options stopped around 10pm. Would have liked to have known about the bus transportation system- a lot cheaper than cabs! Also (not connected to the hotel, but a heads up would have been nice), the airport returning home is a bit more than we were used to (you have to remove all liquids and place them in airport issues quarter bags and only 1 bag per person is allowed, you will have to throw anything that doesn't fit away).

We loved breakfast on the patio overseeing the pool. Good food options for every taste. Room was spacious and clean, with a full size balcony with 180 degrees ocean view. Bathroom was very modern with doorless shower area and sliding door/barn door for the toilet. Housekeeping was discreet and thorough. We loved everything about Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman.

While the stay in GRand Cayman was a bit pricey, with Indigo, you get what you pay for and that is great service, delicious food and a relaxing visit. While I wish there were non-motorized sports available to guests, as is the case with many resorts at many other islands, this was a great relaxing vacation and the report from the rooms to the common spaces are chic and well designed, affording an enjoyable experience. The pools are great, the beach was pristine and the stay was A+. We took out the bikes one day and had an enjoyable ride into the town. Regardless of what you are looking for the report has it and no request is to big or too small fo rthem to make it a priority.

The staff is excellent, especially Tarren who was truly amazing with resolving a few issues regarding our room. Tarren ungraded us to the one bedroom oceanfront suite (room #412) which we absolutely loved. It felt more like an apartment and had best view of the stunning grounds, the gorgeous pool and the ocean. We also enjoyed having the different choices of restaurants within the hotel itself. The beach bar is really special and the had one the best views of the seven mile beach. We visited the bar twice on stay. The things we did not like about our stay is the location of our original premium king ocean room. It is located on the left side of the building closer to the main road and across from the parking lot. We felt it was too noisy and couldn’t enjoy the sitting on the balcony. We also didn’t like that there was no grand lobby/common area. There is a receptionist area with wall partition and a small sitting area behind and separated area in the adjacent building for the guest elevators. We felt it was a little disjointed.

This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations!Upon check in you’re greeted with a cold towel and a refreshing drink! The staff is amazing, grounds, and hotel are immaculate! No detail was spared in the design of this place, gold finishes in the bathroom, superb bedding, clean pools and delicious dining options. There are several restaurants on the property all of them have delicious food. The Pom Pom bar is a rooftop bar that has a DJ on Friday nights. The Bonny Moon restaurant is just steps away from the hotel, located on the beach. There you can get complementary chairs and umbrellas. The wait staff will come take your order. I can’t wait to go back! Amazing amazing trip!
